Jose didn’t care that he gave me the wrong drink eventhough I told his coworker with the blonde hair that I asked for the new turtle signature latte & Jose took the drink from his employees hand to tell me that it is the same drink he just didn’t put the right ingredients….WHAT?? such a dumb answer because it makes no sense..wrong ingredients = wrong drink… I usually stop by this Dunkin because it’s my go to spot for gas in the mornings.. I drive an hour away to work and usually buying a coffee keeps me up at 5:30 a.m … Well I was up but for the wrong reasons I was so upset that Jose didn’t bother to fix it or cared that he gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t get a receipt from him which I usually never ask for because I go for my usual Caramel craze signature ice latte but wanted to try something new…I ended up getting a turtle signature latte 40min into my drive in Bradenton & it was amazing. Sucks that Jose failed.

My wife ordered online and sent me to pick up. When I arrived at the pick up counter I told the young lady the name and order number. I was told it was coming up soon. I took two steps back and waited. 15 mins later I stepped forward and asked about the order. She turned around and grabbed it off a shelf. It was ready! I never left her sight and she never called my number. The poor lady that walked in at the same time as me was still waiting in line when I left!!!! Starbucks is literally in the same parking lot, GO THERE.

Food is Dunkin’ level, which is what it is. This particular dunkin has gone from 2.71 for a medium iced coffee to over 4 bucks.. The owner/manager said inflation… The prive of a cup of coffee at this location has gone up over 50%. Its a joke and will not be getting coffee here anymore. Starbucks right next door and another (cheaper) dunkin 2 mins away.

I am changing my original rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The reason being that the past two times I have been to this store, they completely screwed up my drink order. I order the same thing every time during the fall season: Large pumpkin sweet creme cold brew. It is cold brew with a brown sugar syrup topped with pumpkin sweet creme & whatever they sprinkle on top. The last two times I have been handed a pumpkin spice iced latte and have had to have them remake my drink. The first time, they were very polite and remade it the correct way. This time, they had an attitude with me and still remade it incorrectly. They put the cold brew coffee and the pumpkin creme and that was it. I am over it. I really try not to leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. It isn’t that difficult to make a drink the correct way. I didn’t make any special insane requests. They want $15/hour but they don’t want to pay attention and do their jobs correctly. I will not be back to this location unless something changes.
