We had placed a mobile order for food and beverage. We were the first to arrive at the window. Two cars came in behind us. Our order was after theirs. We were given our food first. Followed my a delay with receiving our beverage. We had ordered a chai latte with oatmeal. But what we got instead was a chai with oat milk and matcha green tea powder. Didn’t notice the error till we were on the highway.

Im paying for a medium hot chocolate and I get half of what I paid for. Prices are already high enough so i don’t see the need to cheat your customers further more. Never buying anything from this place again.

I am a Dunkin addict and go to all the ones between Plant City and Brandon often while running errands. We ran by the one on County Line today and the coffee I received was the BEST coffee I’ve had from any Dunkin in years!!!! They two girls at the window were also very kind.

I wish I could leave a negative star review for this dive! I simply had a two item order that was listed as a special on the menu. Not only did the employee get rude but acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about then wouldn’t honor it after she realized she was wrong. Instead she talks to me like I’m garbage then slams the drive thru window and literally jogs to the lobby door and locked it. All I said was I wanted to speak to a manager. Customer service is really a thing of the past. People who work these jobs expect to make $15 per hour and bring the minimal effort possible when they clock in. A simple thank you or have a nice day must cost extra. It’s really disappointing at best.

I went inside to the counter. There were three people working and one person who had already ordered waiting for their items. Once he was served, I stood there for almost five minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. Ending up leaving without ordering. There were maybe five cars in the drive though; not sure why someone couldn’t even say ‘Sorry for the wait, we’ll be with you in minute.’

Excellent Customer Service and the people working are wonderful people. Very cleanly maintained and care for their customers. Highly recommend this location.

0 STARS, Walked in to place an order, 3 staff members were working, no other customers in the store.. was NOT even greeted for 15 minutes.. was told there are only 3 people, well OK you should at least greet a customer and say we will be right with you.. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!! FIND COMPETENT EMPLOYEES, sending message to CORPORATE!!

They shut their ovens down and don’t sell food over 45 minutes prior to closing. Absolutely ridiculous completely lazy. If you’re open you should be serving the delicious, hot food that would be served during all other business hours. The cleaning should never cut into customer sales.

They wouldn’t honor the deal for supporting childhood cancer within the dates the deal was going on. Manager was rude about it. They forgot to make half of our order. All around bad experience.
