Did a Dunkin Run for coffee because coffee is yummy and always needed. Drive thru wasn’t to bad honestly. However the guy who took my order that’s another story. He seriously should consider finding a job where interacting with people isn’t required because he doesn’t have a people personality. Either that or he hates his job. I have it three stars because the coffee at least taste good.

Alexa the manager has been extremely rude multiple times. Not once, not twice, pretty much every time she is on the microphone. She is short, condescending, and I have no idea how she has lasted being a manager. She hates people and is so short. DUNKIN DONUTS DO BETTER. This woman is verbally abusive to customers. I know multiple people who legit will drive down the road to avoid her and her poor attitude. I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Find a new manager or a better attitude!

Nice people, horrible availability, gave us donuts we did not order because they sold out also gave us 5 instead of 6 didn’t even tell us they substituted the donuts. We received a burnt sandwich with under cooked bacon, no straws. Will not be back to this location.

Ok WHAT ESTABLISHMENT CHARGES PEOPLE FOR A WATER CUP ?!?!?! I have never been to a Dunkin or a restaurant for that matter that charges for water. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. To the owner of this Dunkin you might want to go check out your management to make sure they’re not stealing money from people

I have wanted to leave bad reviews for this location so many times but held myself back as I always feel bad to write bad reviews. But today I said was the day I’m writing a review!! CHRIS AT THE CASH REGISTER IS AMAZING!! Everyone is always rude, not friendly and never accommodating(except the manager, she’s always great but rarely works the front). It’s made me feel like I didn’t want to go back many times but on busy mornings it’s on the way to kids school and quick.

The service was pretty slow, which I can forgive. The thing that really got me was we ordered a large iced coffee and they accidentally poured it in a medium cup, you could even hear them acknowledge it between the two people at the window. So their solution was to pour the contents of the medium cup into a large cup and then fill the cup about 90% with ice and pass that off as a large iced coffee instead of just pouring more coffee in.

These folks made me an awesome breakfast sandwich. I always prefer an extra sausage patty instead of egg, but for some reason, most DD can’t easily ring that up. This person did it easily and the sandwich I got was awesome. They also paid attention to my iced coffee order and that turned out great! Lastly, my man actually wiped my coffee cup because there was coffee dripping. Thanks man!

if i could give this place a 0 star i would. Place is disgusting. Customer service is TRASH. The guy in there was rude with an attitude when I asked him if he could warm up my glazed donuts. (He also left a NEW employee by himself in the front and when he asked for assistance the guy would get an attitude with him.) Donuts were returned to me with black specs on them and my jelly donut was returned to me with a slice on the back. (wish i took a photo before i returned them but i hurried back inside because I was already frustrated by the lack of customer service and the guys attitude and the fact that my donuts were returned to me that way) I went inside to ask for fresh new donuts and the guy AGAIN was rude and was saying smart remarks to me and acted as he did not want to help nor assist me. Gave me donuts that were sitting out all day that are cold and hard and the jelly “POWDER” donut is not even powder smh will never go to this location again.
