I come to this DD weekly (only because it’s the most convenient location). It is horrible.

Every time I come here it’s a horrible experience today I got up to the window and all employees were standing in my view eating and the girl speaking to me was just chewing and taking to me at the same time, grabbing my card and eating with the other hand it was gross. And then my matcha wasn’t even mixed as you can see in the pictures. It’s gross and not appealing to be eating with your mouth open while talking to a customer. The drink was poorly made and disgusting

Walked into the facility at 6:45pm today (Saturday). A lady approached me an said they are closed due to being understaffed. There were 3 employees, all with DD headsets outside talking to other people not employees, one of the non-employees even walked into the place smoking. 2 more customers were turned away. All 3 employees were outside seating on a table and by a car with other people who were not employees, seemed to be smoking.

God forbid you go to this place close to 9 pm closing time for a milkshake for my daughter after dance practice. Either the machine is broken or “so the employees said” or they ran out of vanilla flavor and to make matters worse, they stop serving milkshakes with almond milk so people like myself lactose intolerant can’t enjoy a milkshake with my daughter. On top of everything else, the night employees’ attitudes were very poor. I work from 5 am to 530 pm (long hours too), and I drove an hour to pick up my daughter, change my clothes to drive another 30 minutes for 2hrs dance practice, all I want was to enjoy milkshakes with my daughter, yet you don’t see me with an ugly attitude.

We came in at 10pm to get a drink, the entire place was cleaned up, 5 employees working and they didn’t close till 11. A really scraggly looking guy with a bad neck tattoo of lips responded “HOW BOUT NOOOOOOOO” when we asked for a coffee drink, and a younger girl helping us seemed to be very uncomfortable. My bf asked when they close and they responded, 11pm, and again the bad neck tattoo guy is talking out loud saying rude passive agressive comments, “we close at 11pm sharp!! SHARP!!” It was super weird and as a business owner myself, I would be horrified if that guy worked for me. How hard is it to use the blender then clean it so you can serve your guests until you close like a normal restaurant? There was an older lady manager who also said we can’t order anything. Hopefully you can have a talk with this people because wow…

Now that this store was remodeled a while back, it has become the better of the Dunkin Dounuts in the area. The drive thru, which I frequent regularly, is super fast! It’s never more than a few minutes from the time I pull in to the time I have my order. The staff are always great, friendly and fast. They always have a smile on their faces. Stop by and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!

Slow slow slow. I can’t understand what would possibly take a doughnut shop forever. Also the Latte’s are inconsistent. Wish they would close this store down, because it’s really booger and not worth the headache. We have tried it a few times, and it’s the same story both times.

Manager was very unfriendly, tried giving me the wrong drink and when I corrected her she blamed her staff for giving her the wrong drink. Very unprofessional. Also, they advertise for $3 for a medium pumpkin cold brew and $3 medium pumpkin spice signature latte but they charge .15 more for each drink as depicted on receipt for whatever. False advertisement at its finest!
