Terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts in fish hawk. 10 cars pass by, told us to pull up to second window to wait for two small coffees. I had to go inside and They threw them away, then manager told us we needed to work in fast food and lied to us after an employee already told us what happened. Terrible experience. Melinda the manager was horrible! Needs retraining. @dunkindonuts good bye dunkin. Hello Starbucks.

I have had it with this location. I’ve never had an issue with any other dunkin I’ve been to, but with this location it seems to happen every time. First of all, look at this bagel they gave me today. The egg is only on half of the bagel, not to mention it’s the wrong type of bagel. I asked for plain. Whenever I ask for a drink with light ice or no ice, they won’t even enter it on the order screen and it always winds up coming back with full ice. Even when I make sure they enter it on the screen, its the same result. They pretty much always make me pull up to the 2nd window to wait for my items, which would be fine if they wouldn’t forget about me at this window for about 20 minutes at least once a week. I’m at this 2nd window for so long that I either have to knock on the window, or leave the drive thru to park and walk inside. Whenever someone eventually notices that I’m at the 2nd window that they told me to pull up to, its always “did you need something?” um yeah… the drink/food I ordered, that I was told I’d receive at this window. 20 min ago. Whenever I’ve thought that I’d skip the drive thru chaos by walking inside the building to order instead, I waited at the register for 15 min without anyone acknowledging me or asking what I’d like to order, so I left. I’ve never had such bad experiences so consistently at any restaurant, and have never felt compelled to write a bad review before. The reason I kept going back was that it was so close to my house, but I’m done now. I understand that it’s a bunch of high schoolers who work there, so I don’t entirely blame them. I blame the management that is so obviously lacking. I highly suggest changing this management, because it’s laughable at this point. I was still probably too generous in this review, if that tells you anything LOL.

I go through here 5 times a week just before work. I’m a bartender so that varies from afternoons to Sunday mornings. There was a time where the coffee would sometime not taste good BUT lately and especially just now the drinks have been ON POINT and down right delicious! It is something I look forward to daily! Thank you to the current staff for stepping up your game and maintaining delicious product even in the Sunday morning frenzy!!!

I go to Dunkin for 1(maybe 2) type of donut, the French Cruller! They are so light & fluffy!! Only problem is that they run out early-mid morning & I want them available all day!!!

I think the best time this DD had was its first week of being open. On Sunday morning we are sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Go inside and absolute chaos. I hope they get it together. Sorry FH bagels for cheating on you but I’ll be back.

Hate this location they are the worst. The milkshake has ice in it so weird. And the Creature creation we got my son didnt even come in the Creature cup and they didnt have the creature crown either. I wasnt mad that they were out of those 2things however my little boy was upset crying because NO ONE told us up front that they were out of the 2things that made it a Creature!!

Doughnuts are barely frosted. Bit into one and it was still completely doughy and uncooked. Not to mention the ladies working the drive through were highly unprofessional. This was extremely disappointing.

Ordered the two bacon egg & cheese sandwiches for $5, 3 hash browns, and two frozen dunkaccinos. When I got my order, the dunkaccinos were not frozen and my sandwiches were not wrapped, but just thrown in the bottom of the bag. We had to put them together ourselves when we got home. Poor service to say the least. Not what I’m used to from Dunkin Donuts. Really disappointing. Probably won’t go back to this one.
