I order a simple coffee just crème/sugar not a math something even my niece could prepared… And believe me if she was here not even Starbucks will have my $ it taste bad bad, everywhere I go for the past 5 years I gave up on you DD Coral Springs same problem those anyone there knows how to prepare a simple coffee?? Loved my latte. My donut was stale, but my friends donut was good. I wanted 2 donuts total. One of each selected flavor. I ended up with 2 of each, and mi e was stale enough. I didn’t eat the 2nd donut. The tea was NOT light ans sweet as requested.

This place is literally a hit or miss! Some days they will get your order right and other days they completely miss the mark. They don’t have enough employees working which results in early store closing. I don’t have faith in the drive thru anymore so I just walk in! DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER!!! You will regret it!!!!

i gained employment at this dunkin 3 weeks ago. the day i started, the gm Maralena, was horribly rude and disrespectful to me ON MY FIRST DAY. she expected me to know everything within 20 min of me being on the floor. better yet, she was talking horribly about me and embarrassing me in spanish to other co-workers. she wanted me gone from day one and the other manager rosa even told me that to my face! i was the only white person employed. i got fired for vaping nicotine outside where i was told too by the shift lead on duty (ciera) completely unprofessional business. out of my 3 years experience working w dunkin i have never come across such disrespectful, unprofessional bosses, and rude racist co-workers. whole place needs to be torn down.

Walked in a little after 2 pm. I work until late so I get up late and am on the run again as an Uber driver. Having breakfast out might mean having it late so when I went into the DD and ordered my usual bacon egg and cheese croissant the girl taking the order happily took my order and called it out to the kitchen. A few seconds later the manager came over and told her no. No food. There was barely any choices for donuts either. At first I wondered if maybe they’re about to close. I’m not aware of their hours honestly. But no. They close at 4. The girl felt bad and apologized. Not the manager. Whoever owns this DD needs to fire these worthless managers because they’re affecting your business and you’re losing money. Will not come back here ever again.

I ordered the breakfast Taco and it was so small had I known that this was kid sized I wouldn’t have ordered it was ok not the best but had to get Hashbrowns to make it a meal or even filling

I feel like the only thing they care about here is how fast they can get you your order. The older Hispanic lady that works mornings always has a rude attitude and is always rushing you. She has no patience even if theres nonody else in line. The food is never toasted how they do at other locations and they always barely add spread like they’re rushing to make your order even though your the only one there. I also saw that they aren’t that sanitary. U can’t touch peoples food with dirty hands that handle money. That’s just nasty. Will def consider Einsteins or Starbucks after so many bad experiences with dunkin.
