I am a frequent patron at this Dunkin Donuts location, either through the drive-thru or by taking a seat inside, depending on my mood for the day. Regardless of my method of ordering, the staff always seems to have a remarkable memory and consistently greets me with my favorite order, ready to go, as if they can anticipate my needs. Placed 2 orders. The first one was fine. It was only coffee and donuts for my father and I. I did find it odd that when I ordered munchkins they felt the need to tell me that I can’t have just one. I chalked it up to a joke. I clarified by saying one ORDER.

Zero Stars. The manager Roberto was nasty. I ordered a stuffed croissant and it was empty. When Roberto came over I showed it to him and he said there was nothing that he could do because they are stuffed before they get to his store. Terrible terrible service. I will never go back to another Dunkin’ donuts.

Ordered for Walk In, but doors locked. How difficult is it to simply turn that option off in the app? It must not be that difficult because other locations do so. Or at least a sign outside so someone doesn’t have to park and walk up to find out they have to go around to the drive thru. What happens to someone that doesn’t drive here?
