Got our order wrong while it was extremely slow at 5:30am. And everytime I get the sweet black pepper bacon it always has way more bacon…for a 7 dollar sandwich this is ridiculous..never going to this location again.

I’m not taking a picture of what I ordered. I really want them to do better. It takes a lot to open a company even if it’s a franchise chain. The front counter staff seems like they don’t want to be there, very short, eye rolling, let a go type attitude. Cheese not even melted on Sandwich, egg half cold,bread hard on breakfast sandwiches it crumbles, half baked hash browns. I’ve tried twice this location. But to be host it’s just the way Dunkin runs. Like the owners just don’t care or home or vacationing somewhere while these people collect money for them. I mean everyone I’ve been to in Palm Beach county pretty much runs this way. Idk why? It’s like they put bare minimum back into their companies. I wish I had the opportunity to own one. I understand why so many competitors especially Starbucks. But how long Dunkin been around they definitely could have surpassed many by now. They’re going backwards. But anyway! I hope they get it together at this location one day. The location stays pretty busy due to the school and working customer that deserve better service. I mean we do have to work for our money,to decide to patronize.

Girl in drive thru at 3:30 on 05/10 told me to “fuck out of here” and closed drive through window on me when drink coupon would not apply. She said it’s only for lattes when the coupon clearly says drinks and signature lattes and started raising her voice saying “WELL IM TELLING YOU ITS ONLY LATTES” said her name is Rebecca and that there’s no manager or cards she could give me. Worst service I’ve ever received. Didn’t end up getting anything because she closed the window on me.

1 star for incompetentcy. I ordered two drinks, a sandwich, and two orders of hashbrowns. I ordered my drinks first then said I wanted a number three sausage w/o egg, its any meat croissant w/ cheese and hashbrowns, she kept interrupting me saying “okkay okay okay” then once she was done talking asked me what sandwich I wanted, in a rude town like I was wasting HER time. I repeated and she said, “okay, 3 sausage croissants and an order of hashbrowns, pull forward.” I had to stop her and assumingly wait for her to come back to the mic and have her change my order to the correct one, which took 3 minutes for her to understand I didn’t want three sandwiches and said a number three and to remind her I got two drinks as well (they weren’t repeated in the order so I figured they were forgotten, they were). I got the the window and they all but threw my drinks and food at me. It’s a good thing I didn’t drive away without checking my bag because they forgot my hashbrowns. I had to pull back through and then they handed me what’s pictured above, two bags of burnt ovals that smelt so rancid my dog gagged when I brought them home to take a photo of them, my boyfriend couldn’t hardly ride in the car with them they smelt so awful. Absolutely disgusting display of incompetentcy, will NEVER be back.

This has been my store since they opened less than 2 years ago. Because is only here were I can get my order exactly as I like it… but today this review goes directly to the bad service (drive thru)I received today by the young girl between 3:00-3:30pm. If you are in a bad mood: do not show up to work! I couldn’t get her name. She doesn’t belong there forsure. Even my 10 year old wondered why she spoke to me like that: no manners or kindness. Last three visits to coffee has been wrong. This morning I went and they didn’t give me half of my food order. The service used to be phenomenal now the person at the drive-through doesn’t even say good morning. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they said sorry for your experience and then hung up on me. It’s a shame because I used to go there every day and they had a great Kruh!
