My husband and I got food from this Dunkin and not only did the girl have a rude attitude. She dropped my food on the floor without making sure whether or not it made it to my hand, burnt our bagel and mashed our hashbrowns. Never going back.

I don’t know how this Dunkin’ Donuts is still open to the public. I’ve been here a few times and each time I go to this Dunkin the order is not taken correctly, there are 2 girls who always give an attitude. One girl repeated the order wrong and I attempted to correct her she says “ that’s what I just asked you” with an attitude. Drive thru employee hands out the wrong order. The hot coffee taste watered down and has an after taste like the coffee machine is not being cleaned. You wait in line for a long time just for them to have poor service. Save your time and go to another Dunkin location.

They cant seem to make a simple cold brew with foam. I frequent this place almost daily and its a running joke now drive through or walk in they just cant make a simple iced black coffee with foam. I wasted 20 minutes waiting because it was busy the girl making my coffee ignored me telling her as she was making it that it was with foam she then proceeded to tell me the sticker on the cup doesnt say foam as if I dont know how “I TAKE MY OWN COFFEE” then yelled at me in front of everyone saying i need to pay more for foam at this point i was late for work and felt so disrespected that i let them keep my money and left without my coffee and left the food on the counter. I called corporate and they opened a “case” no one has called me or even acknowledged what happened which explains why they hired the rude, aggressive, crusty person that was so angry at me for asking her to correct my order. Ive been a loyal dunkin customer since the 80s and i will NEVER RETURN.

I only go to the Dunkin if I have to and it is very close to my son’s school. They don’t have the best service. The food is good but they don’t have similar prices to other Dunkins. They tried to charge me extra for a vanilla frosted w sprinkles which is a normal donut at every other location ove been to, they said it was a specialty. They staff here doesn’t seem to care much about customer service. They are always out of something.

This use to be my favorite coming fr my midnight shift, the old staff is gone and the service is horrible now, the new Morning staff is the same I was sold an old cold avacado bacon toast that must have been left over from the night before. Please beware of this Dunkin it’s not the old staff!

Very poor service. Long wait times for simple orders. Workers have bad attitudes, barely acknowledge your presence. I have tried to speak to directly to them on multiple occasions, Minimal response. No thanks you, smiles, or gratitude for business. Always out of supplies. Sometimes iced tea tastes like soap for a weeks time, even after notifying the store.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning and get the same thing and the girls there are normally so nice and the customer service is always good. However lately there has been a new young lady at the window. She would not give me her name but I will describe her to the store owner as soon as someone returns my call. Every morning this young lady is at the window I have a hard time. Whenever I see it’s her at the window I know my transaction is NOT going to be smooth, she literally messes up my morning when I see it’s her because i know it’s going to be a problem. rather she gives me a attitude for no apparent reason, she slams the window in my face while I’m talking she throws my receipt in the garbage she snatched my card, and for some reason my order is always wrong when she is at the window. On this morning 4/25/22 I had the worst customer service experience ever! My children go to school near here so every morning min-fri I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts. However this Dunkin’ Donuts have lost a faithful customer. I will never go to this Dunkin until this employee is gone. And I will be calling the district manager or store owner. By the way the picture I included is just how she gave me my coffee. The cup looked like it spilled over l, I asked for a napkin to wipe the excess coffee off the cup and she closed the door in my face.and looked at me through the window, also that’s not what I ordered.
