The workers are amazing here, always kind. Yes they run out of stuff sometimes but they do their best always to accommodate. Today I saw them handling a nasty customer really well and bending over backwards to please her despite her disgusting attitude and incredibly rude behavior. The staff was still kind and helpful despite not being paid enough to deal with abusive customers. Please be kind to food service workers!

Dont waste your time here, this dump deserves 0 stars. The girls were yelling at each other and twerking instead of making coffee. The workers here are completely unhelpful and unfriendly… after getting my order wrong they told me to park and then they brought me the wrong coffee for a 2nd time and when my husband went inside to show them the receipt and that the order was wrong again they didn’t apologize and made the coffee wrong for a 3 time. Absolute complete idiots. Go to a different Dunkin.

The service is usually pretty good here but you guys really need to put someone else sitting at the drive thru taking your order before getting to the speaker. The super unfriendly young man I’ve experienced a few times is grumpy af, acts like you’re bothering him when he takes your order. No greeting when you say hi, doesn’t even say “you’re welcome”. Just a straight face and says “you can go” to get you to drive up after you have to ask him for your total when giving him your payment. Lol common sense sir, have some customer service skills when dealing with people. And don’t say it’s because he is having a tough day. He is always like this. If you’re unhappy with your job find another one.

My family and come here everyday for breakfast, 1/2 the times they’re out of English muffins and large ice coffee/tea cups. So what are you suppose to do when you’re hungry you order something else, we also ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and they put the tiniest piece of possible other times we’ll go mid afternoon and they claim they are out of ice tea, and when you ask how they could be out so early, they get rude and state well the morning shift should’ve made some before they left. This place is GOING DOWN HILL !!!!!! . I guess I’ll have to go to the McNabb store to try them
