The drive thru is painfully slow. The inside lobby is always dirty. The donuts are never fresh and always sticky. They look like they have been sitting out overnight. This is the last time I am coming to this location. Waste of time and money.

Terrible Dunkin Donuts. I might be done with the chain all together. Slow, rude, didn’t accept constructive feedback, and openly raises voice at customers. Do not go here for breakfast especially. They aren’t even able to place the mobile orders in the right spot and as a result, other customers will be touching your cup.

Sunday morning mother’s day. Short of staff !! 10 people waiting for their food and drinks , 20,25 mns …lady says to the staff before leaving ” worst ever , lousy service ” the shorter African American in charge says ” thank u u too are lousy ” this is bad very very bad …u can’t say that to a customer , never ever..I’m done going there ..they seem nice butttt their attitudes come out sooner than later…that man sb fired …

Keep in mind, it is Dunkin Donuts. Don’t go there expecting Starbucks, because it is not. However, it is clean and quiet, and you can have a regular conversation without a $10 coffee.

I have never had a good experience at this location. Usually long lines/slow service/orders made wrong. Although, It’s close to home and convenient but after today I will not spend my money here again. 1st of all, don’t allow your employees to have headphones in.. how can they pay attention to what is happening or have any sort of communication with the customer?? I haven’t been to DD in awhile, so i decided to log back into my app before my visit. I reloaded $15 onto my card before entering the drive thru line. When I got to the window the employee scanned my card and told me I owed money. As I was questioning her because I had just reloaded and got the email confirmation that I had $15 on my card. she just insisted I owed money and closed the window. She didn’t even give me a second to pull my card out.. she comes back and takes my card, then try’s to hand me a dozen donuts that belonged to the car behind me. I told her they weren’t mine and she was very defensive showing me the receipt. The order for the car behind me was added to my order, Which made sense why I owed money. She then tried to take my card back to refund me, but every time I spoke to her or asked a question she said “huh, what,” lifting her Dunkin’ headset to hear what I was saying because she had a AirPod in the other ear. It was very frustrating and rude to feel like I was not being listened too and she kept slamming the window closed. No smile, no I’m sorry, no care at all. I will go out of my way to go to a different location off pines blvd. or in Weston for a kinder experience. That was absolutely not worth a $10 breakfast.

Tried to get some donuts here and came 35 min prior their closing. The stuff was rude they were cleaning, could tell they were not happy with us walking in . I asked for classic donut they said they have none. I asked what do they have ?? He said nothing . Rude. A donut store with not even one donut? ???

Zero stars if I could. This is my local Dunkin’ and every time I TRY to give it a chance I instantly regret it. The ATTITUDE. THE RUDENESS. it’s insane. It’s almost as if you’re bothering them with your orders. Not to mention all drink orders always taste disgusting.

One of the worst Dunkin in my area!!! Drive through takes at least 30 mins -45mins to order. Going inside makes no difference as the staff has not sense or urgency. Driving to another Dunkin a little further is a much better option. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience.
