Dunkin’ has promise, but there are some drawbacks. First and foremost, some of the employees here are great and friendly, but others clearly don’t want to be there. Unfortunately, the location isn’t the most convenient (strip mall) with no drive through. Parking is plentiful though.

I’m giving all these stars to Ricardo as he was the nicest cashier there giving amazing customer service. Everytime I come to this location there’s something wrong with my order, when I ask about my order after waiting for 10 minutes, they just stare at me without saying a word and continue to make orders for other customers who ordered way after i did. They also aren’t very knowledgeable with coupons and the use of the app. I’ve also had 2 separate occasions with an older lady in the afternoon that has a poiny tail and glasses. I’m not sure but she seems like the afternoon manager there. One time I ordered a sandwich, and as I watched her make it, she had gloves on and then while waiting for the sandwich to cook she pulls her phone out to take a call AND TOUCHES MY SANDWICH AGAIN WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES!!! I couldn’t believe she did that let alone right in front of me. So unsanitary. Then the second occasion was when Ricardo took my order, she was making the drinks. She gives my drinks to 2 other customers that ordered way after I did, and as I saw them just take my drinks, she asks me ” what are you waiting for” and I said that she gave out my drinks. After this she just starts yelling at Ricardo for a mistake she clearly made. I felt so bad for him, and he ended up making my drinks and gave them to me. Thank you Ricardo for your great service.

I have really bad caffeine sensitivity. I recently discovered It causes me to have panic attacks so I cut out caffeine and changed to decaf. I get it, I assume the risk by ordering anything at any coffee shop but it still bums me out that when I order decaf they never have decaf here specifically here all the time. I have to settle for another drink all the time leaving unsatisfied.

Ive been coming to this location for almost 2 months now since I’ve moved to the area and todays experience with Ms. Suzie quite frankly changed my view of this location. She had the nastiest attitude because I asked a question regarding their current promotion. As I started I’ve been coming almost everyday and they currently have a VIP promotion or a free drink, at check out she had asked me to take out the car for something and this hadn’t happened the last 5 days in a row I’ve been there and I asked oh why that’s the first time someone has asked me? Trying to make conversation while I got it out of my phone case.. Her response “I don’t have to explain myself, I need the card” I was shocked not only by her tone but response considering everyone else that I’ve had contact at this location has been so nice and welcoming. I was so taken aback by her comment I immediately became defensive, naturally and she continued with mocking me… a customer.. a daily customer at that.

Just wanted to order a cake. They gave me a form. When I asked for assistance, no one knew how to take my order. My order was simple: there was a cake in the case, I wanted that exact design just a different flavor inside. They had to text “the person in charge of cake orders” cause they just didn’t know how to fullfil that order. Such a mission with this place and a simple cake order. Not the first time. Walked out.

DON’T GO TO THIS DUNKIN!!! I went to buy a large matcha latte and a donut. I used a “free donut coupon”. I was waiting my beverage and tried my donut, was not fresh at all. I received a medium matcha latte. I went back to change my donut for a fresh one and the cashier ARIANA told me she had not fresh donuts, she told me all the donuts they had available were from the night before. So I asked her to have my coupon back to get a fresh donut in an other dunkin and she said she had not my coupon any more. I feel they stole me. Worse service ever. I feel so disappointed.
