Need to clean up a little bit on the areas but some of the employees are down to earth and some of them just look like they don’t even want to be working there I understand it’s a Sunday and it’s early but at least treat your customers with respect or be nice to them I don’t have a lot to complain about except that the place is kind of dirty and you can see on the walls that you have dust I don’t know how often they clean the place but those were the two health concerning things that I can pinpoint especially a person that has allergy issues

Isn’t it amazing how one part of an interaction can spoil the entire thing. Running ahead for summer camp and I told my daughter she could pick Miami subs or DD for a breakfast treat – of course she picked DD so I popped a quick u-turn and there we were. The cashier was amazing she asked us what we needed even made suggestions for my coffee and my daughter’s breakfast sandwich – the line for pickup was quick and efficient we are waiting and watching people picking up their food. Finally our order gets called my daughter steps forward to pick up our food and is asked is this yours ? Where is your receipt ? Buried at the bottom of my purse or in the trash can with the straw garbage I dunno – normally not a problem however I then had to have a very uncomfortable conversation with my child about why we out of the 8 people in front of us were the only people asked for our receipts and why the older gentleman who wasn’t in the store when we placed our order had to vouch for us to get our order. Left a bitter taste in my mouth DD, the coffee was good though. Customer service lasts for the entire interaction not just before I swipe my card. Thank you Carnisha you were great but talk to your manager about teaching your coworker how to interact with ALL clients. Funny thing is I was taking pictures to leave an amazing review …

I tried the Beyond Sausage. I don’t like that Dunkin has a fifty cent vegan surcharge for almond milk. My sandwich was vegetarian because they don’t offer daiya or chao nor JustEgg. It was busy and there are only 18 chairs and missing tables. It was loud and they charged me sixty four cents for an ice water after I waited in line for iced coffee I had to get back on line. They also played CNN on tv which is boring.

Arrived at 5:49pm on 6/4/20 and was told by a male employee that they are “closed”. I asked what time they closed and he said 6pm. I reminded him it was only 5:49pm and he stated “the machines are timed”. REALLY?? I cannot believe they refused to do their jobs, 11 mins before closing.

This is by far the best Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The staff is very professional and super friendly with all of the guests. I do a mobile order around 11am 3 to 5 times a week on my way to work and this is the best way to start my day. My drink is always ready for me as I walk through the door and I’m always greeted with a smile. Kudos to the amazing staff at this location!!
