This Dunkin is right down the street from where I live and it’s super convenient to stop by on the way into work but it is absolutely ridiculous How many times they get my order wrong or hand me the wrong order and I have to drive back for them to correct it. The staff there either really need to step their game up or be overhauled because it is literally 75 percent of the time incorrect. It’s actually quite amazing how often this happens. Been coming here for a year now.

Y’all employees need to be retrained and work on their customer service skills. The drinks are never made correctly and when you ask for what you want nicely they still give you an attitude.

I received the BEST customer service from Aniya! She went above and beyond what anyone from that location would’ve done. There was a misunderstanding when the previous cashier took my order, and Aniya went above and beyond to correct it immediately. She went out of her way to bring our corrected order to our table, along with an extra treat for the misunderstanding. She truly made sure we were satisfied and that everything was corrected. A recommendation to the Owner,…promote Aniya to a Manager position, as she possesses true qualities of a Team Leader. Typically I go through the drive-thru I can’t tell you that in the morning they are very efficient but there is a point in the day where they do not have an outside person taking the orders so depending on what the flux is of people it can get bottlenecked. However the staff works very hard to be kind to everyone and they have been especially good to me. I appreciate the fact that they come into work on days where it might be raining or they might be tired or it might be short of staff and they really make an effort to give you the drink the correct way so long as you correctly order it. The optimal thing is to ask them questions and move forward from there which will enhance your experience

I’m only giving it 2 stars because my refresher strawberry dragon fruit was the only good refreshment of my order . The rest of the items I ordered were overcooked.This order was an online order, but the food was cold and dry when I retrieved it, Definitely will be my last visit.

Always gets my order wrong in the drive thru- person taking orders outside is usually sitting on the floor or playing on their phone every time I go there. I had to have them redo my order 3 times this morning. The staff inside is always having side conversations when it’s busy and then they give you an attitude when they mess up your order. Management needs to address this asap
