Adore and admire this location! Everyone is always so nice and attentive, to my needs when ordering, going about the store, and asking me about how I’m doing! Will definitely recommend to anyone close and in need of an early/late pick-me-up, and not desiring the vapidness of most coffee shops that just want to project a sense of superiority… you don’t get that here

Every time I visit this location the gentleman working the counter is always so rude. I usually go on Sunday afternoons. I wish I got his name, he doesn’t even greet you and you can be nice as can be and he won’t respond. He won’t say thank you, tell you your total, he won’t even say bye.

I ordered a iced latte with cold foam and the coffee was done wrong. There is no cold foam on the top of my coffee and when I drink it, the beverage itself isn’t even sweet. I’ve heard horrible things about this location and didn’t believe it until now. And to make matters worse, my avocado toast bread is not toasted.

Coffee always made wrong. 1 drink was bitter and had bunched up powder at the bottom I swallowed immediately. Drinks are never stirred. They put in stuff that isn’t even part of the drink’s recipe. Cashier walked away before scanning my rewards or paying and was showing pictures and gossiping to her boo.

The patio area is trashed. There are tin cans cigarette buts wrappers plastic bags cups and cup covers. Just garbage all over the patio area. The manager should know this place used to be kept really nice in 2012. Why aren’t you making sure your place is kept clean?

I’ve been coming to this location for about two three months now. And I have no complaints about how I’ve been getting treated nor the service. I completely get being under staffed. Today I saw a young woman handle the store by her self with speed and politeness. She did an awesome job working under presser and alone. I’m very bad with names it was today superbowl Sunday around 8 ish. And the manager with the dreads has always been polite and respectful actually giving just the right amount of conversation to get my day started. Yes they could definitely use more help but overall I gotta say not bad giving the circumstances.

I cannot express how disappointed I am. I ordered two ham and cheese melts on sourdough. Was told that there was no Swiss cheese which I told told them was completely fine. I get home and see it’s an over cooked piece of bread with ?cheese? Looks like mustard on the sandwich. The bread is literally a hockey puck. Will absolutely not be returning back. I thought about going back and have it remade but I fear I’m going to be laughed at just based on this joke of a sandwich. On top of that they forgot to provide the donut that I paid for as well. If you are looking for convenience, good food this dunkin is not it.
