Closest Dunkin’ donuts to the hotel we stayed in in New York a couple of steps, and I was there. The coffee’s excellent the food donuts and everything else outstanlink, but the service was kinda iffy. But overall, I loved it. America runs on dunkin

5:54pm – Stale Doughtnuts Sold. Manager argued they were fresh. I got my money back but do not recommend this place. Also, our seating area had spilled Chocolate milk all over the floor!

The service is alright.. Upon placing an online order thru the app (which is user friendly btw), they didn’t really pay much attention when prepping the order I assume. I asked for “less ice” for my coffee, they went ahead and filled the whole cup with ice. Don’t know if they were trying to be funny or just an honest mistake? But that was the complete opposite of what I requested. Another thing is they don’t have have any of the donuts they normally carry in other DD. I asked if they were going to have more and they just said that they don’t do those donuts anymore.. sooo I don’t know? If that’s the case then they should update their menus in-store & online to avoid the confusion.
