The worse ran Dunkin Donuts Store in Miami!! Employees don’t speak English, customer service stinks, they sell you food over cooked, burned and hard. Bagels that no one can bite into them. Employees disrespect customers and store Managers that can’t control their employees. Highly recommend you go somewhere else if you want dunkin. The store has changed owners 3 times since it opened. So, I don’t EVER leave reviews on franchises because lets face it, they have the budget to advertise whereas small, local businesses don’t. That being said, I was inclined to leave a review because of the excellent service I received thanks to Noel (I think that’s his name? He had tattoos on his forearms). I went through the drive though rushing and he was super efficient. He got my order out quickly, was super nice and made an effort to provide the best customer service possible. Plus side to the customer service was the drive though that this new location offers. I’ll definitely be back.
