Horrible worst experience ever i haven’t been to dunkin in a while so i took some time to look at the menu at the the drive thru there was no one behind me but i told the lady exuse can you give me one second but she was making jokes ok but only one second after a minute she tells me to go up to the window i go up she said wait in the parking lot i have drive thru times to worry abt not your order i stood there with my window up for 15 mins bc i was appalled that someone would say that because i was just looking to see what donut i wanted

1st time going here. Person made coffee just how I asked and donut was super fresh. Was kinda warm in there and the couch cushion definitely needs to be replaced. But otherwise clean and nice and was good and will go back. If you like your Dunkin and on the go good place to get your Dunkin fix.

Service was good but the food was just okay and the facility itself was an absolute mess. I was waiting around there and did work for 2 hours on my laptop and no tables were cleaned at all. To add to that, they and the benches were filthy on entry and I arrived at 9am. You can see from photos what I’m describing. Bathroom had no soap as well.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts at least three times a week for the last six years. Today’s experience was the worst, the cashier at the drive-through was very rude she was very nasty. She told me that unfortunately she does not read peoples mind. By mistake she gave my coffee to the car in front of me, he took off then came back and returned it because he got the wrong coffee so I kindly asked her to make me a new one she took it to the back and gave me the same coffee. Her name is Yolanda employee # 98926 at store number 349618. I will never go back there again. My advise is for everyone not to go to this store.

I live no less than a 100 feet from this location and I have lived there for about 4 years now and when I tell you every single time I come to this location it’s just absolute trash The workers always seem nice . But move at the pace of molasses I left my house at 10:28 to get a coffee and with only 2 vehicles in front of me it’s now 10:48 am and I am now leaving . INCREDIBLE HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS . And look at this 10 minutes for a heated up item !!!!! Insane HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE

Went there today March 6th at 11 AM and there was no employee working yet the lights were on and there was a long line of people in the drive through because of that. Also the doors were locked and you couldn’t do mobile order. Emergencies happen but there’s no reasons to have the lights on or a note saying we will be back would have been suffice.
