If you’re looking for a phenomenal dining experience, look no further than Dunkin amazing staff all the way around! Definitely wanna give Robby a shout out that young man does amazing very detail oriented I see the way he cleans. He truly cares about the store and I see the way he interacts with customers and how he prepares their orders. It shows that he cares about them and he said he would talk to his general manager about staying open later Wednesday through Friday until 7 PM.

Fantastic young man he originally comes from Dunkin in Indiana as Assistant Manager he has fantastic customer service, he deep cleans the whole entire store, he pulls things forward and detail cleans everything, he makes sure customers leave very satisfied. This location is by far the best dunkin donuts in this area. The customer service has been consistently phenomenal for years and the coffee is consistent! One of Dunkin’s issues as a franchise has always been the inconsistencies in coffee quality. This location has always been consistent and with friendly customer service. If they get a drive thru location, they will be unbeatable.

All 1 star because you were closed this afternoon when I went in around 5:15-5:30 ish. I’ve never really seen a Dunkin closed so early before unless it’s a Dunkin in an airport or something. I wanted to get my afternoon coffee. I suppose I’ll have to drive a bit further to Hillsboro for my afternoon coffees. The person cleaning up was very nice though and genuinely bummed that they were unable to make fulfill my order.

My expectations were not high, given this is a gas station location. However, things were even worse than expected. I did a mobile order. I went in and waited near the pick up area for five minutes. Someone then comes over and asks what I am waiting for and I tell them a mobile order. It turns out they hadn’t even noticed the ticket come through. I’m then informed they are out of everything bagels. For some reason, it then takes about ten minutes for them to make a single breakfast sandwich. Once I finally get the sandwich, I had to waive down someone since I also ordered two donuts, which I didn’t receive. I get a dirty look and nothing is said but I get the donuts. After leaving, I realize the bagel for the sandwich is hard as a rock and completely inedible, and on top of that it’s the wrong sandwich. I ordered sausage but received bacon.

This is a tiny Dunkin Donuts inside a gas station. 3 guys and they got all 3 of our items wrong. First the guy at the register input the drink details wrong, then the guys who made the drinks and food made other mistakes. We ended up dumping one drink and going to a different dunkin to put in the missing cream and Splenda. I had to pay again for the drink i actually ordered but had to dump because it was undrinkable. I would never ever ever go back here.
