I placed my order and the manager got the ice coffee wrong when I went in to get my order fixed she had an attitude, she is rude and ghetto. They need to get rid of her. At No other D.D do they talk to customers like the way she did. Also she had lied about being the manager. She said the manager is not here. But when I asked the attendant from the gas station he said she is the manager.

This is by far the worst DD I ever been too. Attempted to buy a regular coffee with milk. No luck. Sent it back. Basically received frothed milk and no coffee. The fella minding the shop was clueless. Front register wasn’t working, he had to grab my phone at scan it at the drive through window. Total disaster. DD at this particular location need to spend a bit more time training their staff.

It’s a gas station with Dunkin set up inside in need of a makeover. Considering it’s the last and only dunkin before taking the road to the keys the presentation of the establishment should be a lot nicer. The staff tries their best but it seems the manager on duty is most times overwhelmed
