It seems as if every time I come to this particular location service continues to get worse. This morning They had a cone where the drive-through was. Therefore, you had to go straight to the window to place your order when I got to the window the lady that barely spoke English said she could not take my order because I didn’t order through the drive-through. I tried to explain to her that the cone was in the way when I came up, and I was behind a truck that had to do the same thing by the time it was time to place my order apparently they had removed the cones and other cars were able to order. The lady told me I had to go around and place my order because the cone is no longer there. Mind you there were several cars now behind me. What type of customer service is this? She should have taken my order at the window. I’m a Dunkin Girl and literally go to a Dunkin no matter what daily… this is by far insulting. I of course was irritated and left.

Box of black coffee and 2 dozen donuts is great for the office, meetings, morning events/gatherings. Not sure if they are under staffed but they were quick to take my order but I waited longer than what I expected and I went after 10am. Other than that everything was good.

A coworker and myself usually go at this location in the morning to pick up breakfast and use the drive through. 2 out of 3 times our order is messed up and when we try to rectify it the lady at the window always gets upset and gives us attitude. There’s no apology, no sorry we made a mistake, nothing. She actually gets upset at us for an order they messed up. This morning was the worst of these moments. Not only we got attitude when we asked her to rectify the order, we also got the wrong order again. Worst customer service I’ve experienced and doesn’t look like is going to change since this been happening for months now

Great crew, they made a mistake on my order, came back and they fixed it – at no charge. Sometimes only the drive-thru is open depending on the time, and although franchise food is pretty consistent, these folks add an extra touch to make it taste better.

Quick, fast and very convenient on the go. The staff was tremendously friendly and extremely helpful when it came to navigating the Dunkin rewards app. Fair prices, great service and a short wait, I am definitely not going to complain. It’s places like this that I wish Google offered the ability to rate in half star increments because although it’s not the best place I’ve ever been to I feel like four stars isn’t doing it justice.

Showed up 15 minutes before close and no one came to the drive thru. Drove around to the window and it looked complete empty. Waited for a minute while checking online for possible updated business hours and noticed an employee peeking out of the back. When he noticed I saw him, he walked up to the window and motioned “we’re close,” and refused to serve me.

This location states they are open at 4:30am but is never open that early. Maybe this location needs to change their store hours on the app and on the doors, to let customers know the correct store hours.
