On weekends, I come in they don’t have ice for frozen coffee or the machine doesn’t work. Nobody was at the register to greet you and we waited 5 minutes for someone to show up and take our order. Hope they improve the service..

This Dunkin Donuts is horrible. Every single time I have placed an order with them, they send us the completely wrong donuts. Today, not only were they the wrong donuts, they were STALE and had a cheap piping of frosting on top. It’s completely disgusting. They don’t answer their phone either. This location should be shut down. It’s infuriating.

Never had worse customer service and I’m not saying this off of one experience. Every now and then it’s smooth, that is once I started using the app to order and just picked up. Some staff are sweet and are just doing their job but there are some that are just rude and I doubt have had proper human interactions prior to the job. I ended up filing a formal complaint after I arrived to pickup my online order and they told me I would have to pay again because they couldn’t find it in their system. I kept showing them the order on the app and showing them how it says the date and time I ordered it but insisted I had to pay again for the order I already paid for. I didn’t have time for that bs so I left and called customer service and had to get a refund. Wasted my morning over an order that I showed a time stamp of. SMH.

Miami Lakes Dunkin doughnuts is very clean and friendly. Every time I’ve been there, the food was good, and the doughnuts were fresh. For me, that puts them at the front of the bunch. All Dunkin’s are not created equally, but they are at the top of their class.

The girl that works there doesn’t know how to make coffee. The donuts had flies or some type of bugs flying around them. When I asked for a refund I had to wait 25 hours later until a manager was available. I lived very far from this location and had to drive back for a refund. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Newsw new management and staff.

Not a fan. While my wife and I love the franchise, this location is not friendly towards English speakers. I asked for a macchiato and it took them several attempts to get it correct. They blamed us for it instead. But we finally got it.

The place was dirty, tables and floor, enough employees were there to keep it clean but they had time to play, one girl was re-stocking napkins, but unable to clean the counter as she go, I almost felt like standing up to teach her how.
