Love the coffee and food. The service is so very slow. Could take 20 to 30 minutes even when you’re the only car in drive through. Even if it’s only coffee it’s still 20 to 30 minutes. Always people leaving without ordering. Takes way to long. This is every time we go. Might have to switch to Starbucks. Yuck who’s got 20 minutes for a cup of coffee?

We are the only vehicle in drive through and no one has taken our order. This store is the worst. After waiting we ordered through the app and pulled up to the window. It still took them a bit of time before we were greeted. We will never return to this store.

never has anything at this location, but advertises it on the app. runs out of everything by like 10am. you want donuts? they’ll only have the plainest, stalest ones. the coffees are gross too, always watered down and never have any flavor. you might as well take the 20 minute drive to Starbucks because their coffee and food never disappoint.

If it wasn’t for this Dunkin being almost steps from my home I would never come here. They are SO SLOW and half the time my iced coffee is wrong . And yes I agree with other reviews don’t even think about ordering something outside of coffee , you’ll be waiting at the minimal 15 mins longer

The wait is too long, person at the register was in a bad mood and gave me the wrong muffing not the one that I ordered, one of the staff was pulling up his pants from rear end and not cleaning hands before making food and drinks. Another staff member is cleaning his hands on his shirt and grabbing a dozen donuts with his hands while using one piece of paper that was not really covering the donuts, better service going to the one located in US1

Went into dunkin’ for 2 frozen coffees, some avocado toast, and 5 munchkins. I only got one coffee and it wasn’t not good at all and never got the munchkins. I waited 15 mins and didn’t get what i wanted. The coffee tasted sour and didn’t have any sugar or creamer

My girlfriend works at the register for the drive thru and I love being able to say hello and get my daily dose of caffeine. They also now offer a “pup cup” which is actually just whip cream in a mini cup for the sole purpose of giving your fur baby stinky gas later..( and by later.. I mean 20 mins) if u go around 930-10 , find me there daily.

Bought a breakfast sandwich after 5 am. The eggs literally tasted cold like they came out of the fridge. Bacon pinkish and cold. The bread was so hard large portions had to be broken off and couldn’t be eaten.
