The cashier was very polite. On the big screen & other advertisement was a chocolate fudge coffee. I ordered & paid for it. When the person went to fix my drink said it was discontinued & I had to pick someone else. I asked why the cashier let me purchase it & the reply was she didn’t know. If an item is discontinued, don’t advertise it.

This location has gone down hill. The staff they hire regularly doesn’t hand you half your order and when you ask for it they stare at you in amazement. Their coffee is just okay. Also apparently they do not give out straws anymore with “a sip lid” which is just an awkward hole in the lid not a spout like Starbucks. If you politely ask for a straw anyway they deny you. Skip this location and get better service and coffee at the Merritt island Starbucks instead.

Never acknowledged by an employee even though they were roaming around behind the counter. The order counter and registers were blocked by a ridiculous looking oversized tablet. I spent ten minutes trying to place my own order. Basic items we wanted were buried in sub menus, it was very frustrating to navigate this thing. Once we finally had our order filled out, I hit the checkout button and the tablet crashed. I tried asking for help and no one appeared. We walked out at that point. I will never return to this Dunkin location. And, if this is a preview of how all Dunkin locations will operate in the future, I will be avoiding the brand entirely.

Stopped by at the drive thru at 8:45am on a Friday to be told I can no longer pick what donuts I get in a half-dozen box?! While my kids love donuts, they don’t just eat whatever you throw in the box. Sorry Dunkin…we won’t be stopping by this location anymore.

I wish I didn’t have to give this Dunkin’ such a low rating. The coffee was horrible, my doughnut was wet and soggy and I had asked for ice water and the attendant gave me water with no ice. I love Dunkin’ but I’m disappointed in the lack of service and food.

It was a bad stop today. They just threw a packet of cream cheese in a bag with the bagel. It was not applied to the bagel at all. They also did not give me a untinsel to spread the cream cheese. The staff was more concerned about talking to their friends than getting orders out.
