This one is not on my route home in the evening, but we go out of our way to go to this location because we always get great customer service. We only ever order donuts and a drink and we’ve never had any issues with the food. I am here every Wednesday night to take my son to get a donut. This is actually the 4th Dunkin store we have tried for our weekly treat. The (2) beachside stores and the one on US 1 in Melbourne have the worst attitudes and customer service I think I have ever seen, and I have worked with the public for over 25 years. So, kudos to the Wednesday night crews.

This DD is truly a marvel. Of the 5 times we visited this location over the years, every single item we ordered for every visit was wrong in some way. Either the wrong size drink, wrong donut, wrong quantity, etc etc. They truly don’t care as they just throw random stale garbage in a bag and hurl it out the window at you. 0/5 for food quality and service.

If I could give this DD less than 1 star i would. I went through the drive thru and ordered my little one her favorite donut and hash browns. This is what they gave me. The hash browns were so overcooked, hard, and felt like they have been sitting there for a few days. I tried feeding one to a couple of Squirrels, but even they wouldn’t eat it. I will not be returning back to this DD ever again. Every time I come here nothing is right. I hate to see how yall cook your food at home if you feel okay feeding this to the public. Definitely not the Dunkin standards I’m used too.

I am friendly to everyone. Say hello , How are you doing?” My experience the other day was terrible. A young service attendant didn’t say a thing. I’m not a racist and greeted her the same way I do everyone else and thank them for their service. She was rude and said nothing and literally threw the bag at me. Unfortunately the hash browns was missing and I informed her of this. She said Nothing and closed the window and came back with a bag. No napkins and she was not happy and I even said please give me some napkins. We didn’t get a thank you or a greeting. Nothing! I understand people have bad days but the service she provided was beyond horrible. Training is necessary and if someone is having a bad day – please don’t take it out on the customer. I was so nice to her. And she said nothing. I don’t know what her problem was. .

Food was fine but the attitude I recieved at the drive thru with pretty unbelievable. I asked for two pumps of classic syrup (which I know is the starbucks way of asking) in my coffee, and rather then asking nicely the person taking the order immediately acted like I was stupid “ummm what even is that?”, so I clarified just simple syrup. And she STILL wasn’t getting it. And still being rude as hell about it. Like you work at a coffee shop. I literally had to say liquid sugar for her to respond. Like if you don’t know what you customer is asking for. Why wouldn’t you just ask nicely. Also when I pulled up to the window to pay, she must have been SO UPSET that she couldn’t even handle waiting the second it took to get the money out of my wallet and had to have someone else do it. Won’t be coming back.
