i had my dunkin’ coffee for the very first time at a different location and i was in love. i decided to come here since i was craving for their iced coffee’s. unfortunately, when i tried my coffee it did not come out good knowing that they did not add the flavored syrups i requested. when i scanned using the app, i said to use my free drink, but they didn’t use it and i had to pay full price. i don’t have a problem paying full price, but if i had my incorrect order and did not use my free drink reward, then it’s a little upsetting. i tried their hashbrowns for the first time, it was okay for a pretty good price! the guy who gave me the food was very sweet and kind. the atmosphere was clean and not a hard location to find. i would not come here again though. i did not ask for a remake because as someone who used to be a barista it would feel frustrating and exhausting to deal with customers. i did not want to be put into that position. overall, was not feeling this location.

I had an issue with my coffee (it was empty), normally they fill half cup foam and other half coffee, in this visit I asked for light foam but instead I received light coffee. I talked to a girl who works there (blue hair) the answer was I don’t put the prices and did offer to not change the coffee. It seems that THIS STORE likes to give us less for our money.

The lady who took care of me was very kind, if I remember properly her name was Angel (or Amy). However, I do have an issue with the staffing as she was the only one there and another employee of adequate training would’ve been heavily appreciated. This is my second time visiting this location and they are still heavily understaffed. I placed a mobile order to pick up in store just to walk in and be served the most watered down cold brew. It tasted like sugar and water with ice. I went back in to ask for a replacement and was told they’re all out of ice coffee & cold brew… mind you it’s 2:30PM. At that point I ended up asking for an expresso shot to try and make it better but it ended up just making it worse. I was willing to forgive the low inventory on food, as I was able to get a replacement easy, but it just seems they just can’t get it right. A fully trained professional staff who actually Want to be there would serve them well. I won’t be returning. Another Dunkin bites the dust.
