This location has the slowest employees. I ordered a caramel ice coffee with cream sugar and cold foam and they didn’t have cold foam and my daughter tried to order a manganodo and they said they don’t make those at that location but test still has it up on the menu. They still ended up giving us the wrong coffee they gave us a French vanilla ice coffee and told us they didn’t have large straws so my daughter had to go inside and get my correct drink and they did have large straws in the dining in area. Needs faster employees and better service for sure.

Every time I go there is something in my order that they tell me they run out of. Also the management of this place needs to have a better organization; there is just one cashier taking orders, serving and preparing drinks and it takes a while to be attended. Employees don’t care about customer service at all.

I just wanted a quick coffee before work. I waited 6 minutes at the drive though waiting for some to acknowledge me but no one said anything. I just want to leave now but can’t because there is a car waiting at the window for as long as I’ve been here. All you have to say is “hey sorry we will be right with you,” instead you lose a customer.

I was told I couldn’t order a 2nd cup of coffee at the window because they were busy…busy with myself not having to wait at all and no one immediately behind me in the drive thru. I also took notice to the few cars parked in the lot. Over 20 years in customer service I was baffled. Is that actually a policy? Customer’s can’t order at the window because their busy but NOT busy. Honestly even if they were busy, I still don’t think that “not” at the window is a thing. This was my experience only 10 mins ago before I start my long work shift.

This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house and sadly it sucks. Coffee is always made different at this location, I would order 8 of the SAME drinks and all 8 drinks would taste completely different. Employees always have a stank attitude. I hated starbucks up until today… I rather drive further for better service and overall better coffee. Just go to starbucks instead. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I’ll never go back. I specifically told the cashier upon placing my order I wanted my bagel well toasted that didn’t happen. Even after speaking with the manager I asked her to please toast the bagel. She gave it back to me softer than before. I ended up throwing it away.

The worst Dunkin’ donut I’ve been to in my entire life the Dunkin’ Donuts in Baltimore Maryland are better than this one,The district manager for that location should has to be brain dead or have poor management skills in order to still have them employees still working in there,I do a lot of uber eats in that area and everytime I have to pick up a order for this place I get depressed.Today at 11:00 am this morning I went in there and it was very busy due to all Starbucks being closed today and the staff in there are cursing talking back rude to customers including myself loud inappropriate music playing and no donuts made I asked how long for donuts and one of the employees there said to me that they wasn’t going to any available for the rest of the day so if I wanted a donut to go somewhere else,I was so embarrassed because there must’ve been like 10 other customers in there.I’m working to earn a honest living and I get so disrespected like that in front of other customers it’s not cool or fair,I will call corporate I promise.

My husband and I frequent this place. The staff is often friendly and pleasant however more often than not there seems to be inconsistencies or problems with our orders. We appreciate the efforts the staff does to correct these however. Thanks for making our mornings!
