I’ve been to this location many times, and it’s usually hit or miss, but yesterday was a huge miss for me. I went through the drive through around 5:15 and it wasn’t busy. There was one car in front of me when I ordered, and it took about 7 minutes to serve him after we both had ordered. I then get to the window, pay, and I’m handed my food and one of my drinks. Okay, great, I can move past the long wait. Then the girl at the window is looking at me like “why are you still here” so I mention that I’m waiting on my second drink. First she tries to hand me a drink that wasn’t mine and was a small, then I get handed a medium drink that looks like what I ordered, shrug and go on my way. I take one sip and it’s not a latte, which is what I ordered. I can’t drink coffee if it isn’t sweet. I had to go back and walk in to get it remade, and the girl does without hesitation, which I will give her that and thank her for as she was efficient, and she comes back with a latte. It didn’t taste like caramel but I had syrups at home so I just used that. On the bright side, the snackin bacon was delicious. Coffees, not so much but you win some you lose some. I’m still giving 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences here, but I’ve also had some bad ones, such as the one I just listed.

OMG let me tell you about my amazing experience this morning when I first got there the line was kind of long, but they were friendly and quick with my order. I got all the way home and accidentally dropped one of my coffee’s as I was getting out of the car. I went right back to Dunkin’ Donuts (they immediately remembered me and my order) and Miss Audrey and the other lovely ladies inside quickly replaced my coffee free of charge!! This location is amazing and friendly!! Thank you guys for turning my morning around!

Your typical Dunkin Donuts. Food & coffee is below subpar as with every Dunkin. I only came here to kill time and study while my car was being serviced at a shop up the road. But this is NOT a place to study so do not come here for that. The music is so loud & distracting! There is no focusing in here at all. So do yourself a favor and pick another shop to do work/study at. This place is not work/study friendly at all like most coffee shops. Very annoying

We love this location. Our drinks are always made perfect. The only thing id have to say they could work on is making their hashbrowns crispy. I alwaays ask for them to be made welldone because i dont like the mushy feeling of the inside but for whatever reason its always mushy even if the outside looks like it was made welldone. ‍♀️
