Only giving 3 stars because the service was great but I ordered these Boston Cream donuts and they are dry and stale the cream filling was very pathetic I used to eat these and the filling would be flowing out. And the donut themselves would have some weight to them. 100% last time good knowing ya.

This is definitely the worst Dunkin Donuts in Meadow Woods. I always come here and they take Atleast 15 minutes just to get my order and give me my food being the only car in the drive through. And on top of that I open my avocado toast to find this disgusting knife the staff left on my food. The handle is dirty and it’s extremely unsanitary. After this experience I’m never coming here again. Don’t waste your time, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

The staff is very unprofessional, it could be due to the fact that they’re mainly teens working there. You’re either waiting an extended amount of time in the drive through, for them to still not get the order correct/have missing items to not being helped inside at all. I always dread going to this location and have often passed it to go to another location further away.

Ok I LOVE Dunkin’! But this location has to stop giving me the wrong drink. It has been 2 occasions where I go and order the Charli cold foam. I ignored it the first time, but they gave me the wrong drink again. They always run out of cold brew, so they do iced espresso with milk instead. They even used whipped cream instead of the cold foam and no cinnamon sugar. I would happily go to a different location or get a different thing if they tell me they don’t have cold brew, but they decide to make up this random drink. I would totally ignore it, but it just tastes very bitter and it’s not good. Sorry for the review 🙁 but do better Dunkin!

This location is open until 9pm, but I am regularly running into the issue of not being able to either order either food, or coffee, at 7pm because supposedly they are in the process of cleaning equipment. Shouldn’t this be an AFTER HOURS process???

The staff was ok, but the donut selection and quality was horrible. My iced coffee with cream and mocha was served to me 3/4 full and had literally ONE ice cube in it.. I think the cream or milk was bad so i returned to the store and asked for a remake. There was someone from the drive-thru that also returned because of really bad quality of drinks…The donuts were stale and melted together. I’ve always had an issue with this location but its the only one in my route… But no more. I’ll go somewhere else….Plus they serve melted donuts on top of each other… Very disappointing
