Just recently left and the girl on the mic was very sweet but someone by the name Kelly was very rude. I pulled into the driveway to order and before I could even finish she interrupted by saying how she couldn’t hear me in a nasty tone. She stated that she could only hear the driver and not the passenger. I then proceeded to speak now more loudly and clear enough for her to hear me better it was if she went completely silent. I spoke pleasantly saying “hello?” And she told me I should wait because it’s only two people in another nasty tone. I’m not sure what the problem was but I just felt very uncomfortable. I’m only addressing this because I love Dunkin’ in fact I’m almost always there for my morning or afternoon breakfast. I don’t want her to do it again to somebody else is all I hope they fix her issue. She was very rude, impatient and just seemed to have an attitude.

Manager N***** was rude. refused to honor the monthly rewards on my D&D app. She was nasty from the time I walked in . The mobile app did not let me select which donuts I wanted out of 2 dozen. She said that I was lying or stupid for not understanding how to use the app.

I stop there everyday because I live in the neighborhood and one time they forget to add caramel to my macchiato. I called them and they said come tomorrow and will give you a free one. I came back tomorrow and they said no we’re not gonna be able to give you a free one, but we will make sure that you have caramel , so now you lost a regular customer that spent $10 every day in your location and I will go to a different Dunkin location.

I ordered decaf coffee with almond milk because regular coffee makes me feel sick (heart palpitation, shaking, nausea, headache). I drank the coffee as it was labeled as decaf like I ordered, I started feeling sick as if I just drank caffeine. I immediately stopped drinking and threw half of my coffee away. I am now 90% sure they served me the wrong coffee by mistake. This is a huge problem and there’s reasons why people get decaf. Other than this HUGE mistake, the donut holes were tough, and the girls were watching videos in the back. Positives are the people working were extremely kind and helpful.
