Extremely trashy, disrespectful and aggressive attitude. They made a mistake with my drive thru order so instead of doing the long line AGAIN, I just turned around and went directly to the window (fair enough right?). Well guess what? They did not finish my order and instead gave me an extremely aggressive unprofessional attitude. Not costumer oriented AT ALL. Used to be a faithful costumer, not anymore. Just drive a little bit more and go to next Dunkin Donuts location at Howland. They are super nice and the owner is very professional. Or just go to th new Starbucks at th end of Howland, they’ll treat you right! Avoid the uneducated individuals that work here.

Probably can’t tell too much from pictures but got home to eat hash browns which were hard as rocks! This location never has chicken croissant . I don’t understand how they can mess up the hash browns. Unacceptable. Don’t go here if you can find another Dunkin closer to you !

This is the absolute WORST Dunkin ever! I really don’t know how they’re still in business. No matter what time of day you go there, they’re out of at least 80% of their menu, at least on the drink side of it. With that said, this review has nothing to do with the employees. They’re doing the best they can & often it’s only one employee working. I know others have complained about this location. It’s a shame corporate office is not paying attention to these reviews. You really need to help this store & their employees out.

This dunkin NEVER gets my order right and when I bring it to their attention they have an attitude. Ordered a medium cold brew and they give me a small.. it’s like they don’t even look at the sticker of what to make. The food is cold and hard. They’re always out of some sort of food or item. The other day I was given a bendy straw with my drink.. this place needs new employment 🙂

I would honestly recommend spending extra time to go to literally any other dunkin, this one isn’t worth your time or money. They frequently are out of key items, and they NEVER make the coffee correct. It is always extremely strong or extremely bitter and does not taste like they’ve added anything. You ask them to redo it and they just give you the same cup back after adding however many additional swirls. Definitely won’t be going back, gave them one too many tries.

Spent 24.00 and the only thing good was the donut holes and coffee.ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on everything bagels and hash browns.Had a strong smoke or burnt taste.Hashbrowns squished and falling apart.greasy and cold. Couldn’t eat it.was trying to have a mothers Day meal for my sister.what a disappointment.

It took 25 minutes to serve 4 people coffee. She asked us to leave the lobby and get in the drive thru. Locked the 4 of us in with the 3 of them working and wouldnt let anyone else in. 7:30 am. Everyone ordered 1 hot coffee except me, i ordered an avocado toast. The one lady was working the register for the lobby in the other two ladies were working the drive-thru. The drive-thru is bumping and they were busy with that what I didn’t understand is this lady’s been working here at least two weeks and she can’t serve four people in a half hour? I love the dunk brand but this location isnt worth the hassle.

I have a cammed corvette, went through the drive thru the woman said she couldn’t hear me because my car was too loud I offered to drive to the window so she can hear me better. I drove up to the window her and another girl was laughing talking to each other and saying we can’t hear you. I asked for the manager she helped me with my order was able to hear me perfectly fine.
