I ordered a caramel coffee and it was undrinkable. It didn’t taste anything like a coffee, more like a chemical. The hash browns tasted like they were cooked in really old grease. I’ve heard many stories but decided to give it a shot to learn for myself. Just annoyed to have wasted the money.

Horrible location compared to Lake Mary Dr or Orange City. This one is newer and clean but has the worst coffee, stale everything and it has been this way since opening. I drive passed this location plus several miles to better Dunkin’s. They also close much earlier than other sites.

Have gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts 5 times in the past month trying to get a product off their menu and they are always sold out of it. No matter what time of day I go (in the morning, afternoon) they can’t seem to make sure they have enough of their product to provide to their customers.

We ordered 2 sugar maple bacon croissant 2 coffee and on a separate to go order bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. The food was delicious. The ordered got messed up. The cashier was new and training. Everything was fixed to our liking. Happy customers.

Meh. I order nearly the same thing at every DD with about 75% accuracy. I’m tending to look for mom and pop coffee shops (which there are 2 in this area but more expensive). It seems like better quality. Ordered this bagel with butter the other day and I received it extra “crispy” with some gooey substance that is disguising itself as butter. But I call shenanigans! Its either vegetable oil with butter flavor, or “I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter.” Because it sure doesn’t seem like butter. Just more and more disappointed with the quality. And why did they give me enough butter to drain off and feed my family for a week? The coffee, when its made right, is usually good. But the donuts and everything else, just tastes like poor quality. I think I’m done.

I live 2 minutes up the road from this Dunkin’ Donuts and come often. Every time I come it is the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever encountered. They’re extremely rude and have cursed at us multiple times to get the F out of their drive through for messing up our order and us trying to get it re done. They’re snobby and honestly the service here is all in all just unacceptable. We now drive 15 minutes to a different Dunkin’ Donuts just to avoid dealing with these miserable people.
