If I could give less than 1 star I would. It took FOREVER to get thru the drive thru and this is my bagel with cream cheese. The person making my bagel was being trained and I could hear hem being scolded for taking too long but the trainer had no qualms about the quality of this bagel.. Never again

This place is very dirty. It’s apparent that no one cleans the floors, especially under counters. The decor is old and tired. The outside area is uninviting with old tables and broken fans. This is probably a very busy store due to its proximity to the hospital. One might think the manager/owner would want to keep customers happy and healthy with a CLEAN, fresh, and healthy environment. Business would likely double with a positive change.
