This is the third time I have been in this Dunkin’s drive-thru for over twenty mins waiting for someone to even take my order after they say they’ll be right with me. I arrived in drive-thru today at 12:06pm and still was waiting at 12:30pm. Cars behind me kept honking and then driving off mad thinking I’m the one holding it up when I’m just waiting for someone to give me service. Please properly staff this location with enough workers and that are also PROPERLY trained so your customers will want to return and keep you in business and so these employees don’t always look bad. This use to be my favorite location to get coffee & treats quickly but as a frequent customer I have noticed it has been going down hill with staffing, management, and the cleanliness of the lobby as well when I try to go inside for better service because with drive-thru there’s always something wrong.

Moved to FL 18 years ago. Could never get used to the overpriced bitter coffee from the competition. Was glad when Dunkies moved to the south. There is no better way to say “I Love You”, “You are special”, and ” I am thinking of you”. When you say “Hey, I’m going to Dunkie D’s, you want anything?” It covers it all.

Stopped in for a coffee and tried to use the bathroom first (coming back into town from a long trip). The lady said “Hey, that’s for paying customers only”. I said “I’m going to buy coffee, may I please use your bathroom first?”. She said “It’s out of order, probably shouldn’t use it”. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff, y’all need to do better. That was uncalled for and hurtful. Will not be back, and will be putting in a complaint with corporate. Definitely do not recommend. Lots of other coffee shops around that are much better…

I have not been to Dunkin in awhile. I only got a coffee. I was disappointed that I could not get cream on the side. The coffee ended up being too light. Both our coffees were. I get they are trying to cut costs, but somethings you shouldn’t change. To be honest because I can’t make my coffee the way I like it I probably will not be back. Shame… because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee.

Pretty sad. The donuts were barely edible, they hardly had any glaze on them at all. My 8 year old even refused them. The croissant sandwiches were burnt and disgusting. I spent 36 dollars and the only edible things I got were the coffees and orange juice.

They keep messing up my order and this is the closest location to our hotel. We travel full time for work and Hubby takes the car in the morning so I have to order food for my child and I, and they keep forgetting my food and messing up my order. When someone orders a variety that’s usually more than 2 flavors yet we keep getting either all plain munchkins or just two bland flavors. Once and only once did they do jelly, chocolate, blueberry, powder and other flavors. It shouldn’t be that hard to grab one of each fun flavor or two of each and make a good variety box. If I’m spending my money, I expect what I have paid for to be good. Please provide better service and atleast pretend to care about the service you provide. I’m highly disappointed and stressed out.
