When they first opened on 9 mile several years ago, I decided to give them a try. The woman working the drive thru was so rude, that I decided to never go back. So today, I decided to try again. When I got to the window, I was received by a man who looked mad at the world. I was actually scared to make eye contact with him. He just glared at me. He handed me my food with contempt, and my card with contempt, and I actually said thank you to him, and he just looked at me with that look again…like he’d rather punch me in the face. Needless to say, I will never go back. White dude, probably in your 30’s, buzzed dirty brown hair…yeah, you have issues.

Stopped by here on my way from working out with the ROTC Program at UWF. I really liked my black medium house roasted coffee. Dunkin’ never really lets me down with their black house coffee. I got the chai vanilla late with almond milk for my wife. That was a bit of a letdown though because they had made it too sweet. My wife ended up mixing it with some black coffee at home and she enjoyed it better that way.

We went 3x consecutively while in the area. Our last visit we received actual everything bagels instead of the everything bagel bites we had ordered on the mobile app. We were already miles away before we realized and I do believe we were the first customers of that day, so honest mistake. Will return for sure.

Really disappointed in the service. Very slow and the guy that waited on us was telling a co worker he wanted to go home and he acted like it. Took a long time to get my wife’s cappuccino and when it did come it was like warm in a plastic cup and it was about 1/3 full.
