This is what my wake up wrap looked like when I opened it. It was bunched in the bag so it was put in there like this. No effort at all to give two @#$& about someone else’s food. Y’all need to seriously do better. With reviews like these how are they even open? Don’t want to work? Don’t want to be inconvenienced by customers? Shut it down then. This place is an epic failure. Shame on corporate, the franchise owner and disrespectful employees. Do something about it!

I went in today around 3p and there was only one employee. He handled everything like a pro(he sure seemed like one)…. walk-ins, drive thru, deliveries. He carried himself like he didn’t even have to think of what he was doing and was very friendly. Definitely a great example of a hard worker and not once did he seem to sweat. Very inspirational. Thank you Oscar for the impact you made on me today. I admire the way you handled things by yourself and your work ethic today. Keep up the great work!! Total management material!!!

Update; July 29th, 2023 – went and stood at the counter for 6 minutes before being acknowledged with a “one moment, please.” Waited another 8-10 minutes to have the order taken (an unsweetened iced tea) and handed to me. I asked if she was alone, she she said she was. They’re trying to get people to work here for $12 and an hour in this downtrodden Bidenomics economy?

I went to the drive thru to get donuts but I did not know what kind they have and their menu wasn’t much help. I asked if they had a pink donut with yellow frosting & sprinkles. They responded with, ” strawberry vanilla or chocolate”. Said if they’re asking me what flavor I want it doesn’t really matter just if they have one that’s pink w/ yellow frosting with sprinkles that’s what my kid wants. they continue to repeat the 3 flavors 3ach time I said any thing. eventually I got out that I wanted an eclair style donut with chocolate frosting and a donut with pink frosting with sprinkles and I got neither of the above I did get a chocolate round cake style donut with nothing on it and a vanilla round cake style donut with nothing on it. I also ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and they asked if I wanted it sweetened and I said yes so the coffee I got was l halfway filled up with cream. it got thrown out. I will never be back to that Dunkin’ donuts again That was extremely rude service I can’t believe how rude they were being there was three of them in there and they all had the same attitude.

Great service and great drinks and food. I went in the drive thru here for the first time because I was on this side of town and I wasn’t feeling well and I was hungry but don’t normally get food here so I didn’t know what to get. The woman taking my order gave me a suggestion and I must say… what a game changer lol. Their bagel bites are amazing! I loved them. I am so thankful for her suggestions and not like most where they get aggregated for someone not being sure on what they want. Thank you! I will stop there every time I’m even close to there.

Service was ok. I went through the drive thru. Very limited on donut selection, couldn’t break a $100 bill so I had to pay with a CC. When I got home the donuts were stale and old. Definitely don’t recommend.

Based on previous reviews, this location probably has cycling staff shifts from amazing to downright terrible. My experience was outstanding. I got a Chicken Bacon Crossiant, Avacado Toast, and 2 Pc Bagel Minis. I also had their new Coconut Milk drink and it’s decent. My mother shared the Avacado Toast, Crossiant Stuffers (Chicken, Bacon, Cheese), and also some 2 Pc Bagel Minis, with a Coconut Milk drink aswell. I am a big eater, but this meal filled me fairly quickly! It was high quality and delicious tasting, a treat to my mouthbuds!!! We also got donuts, which were not the best donuts ever but still high quality donuts. Our experience was excellent, quick, and the staff were very polite. But due to the shift changes that are likely present due to other’s experiences, this may be a in-between location overall. Thank you for your service.

Order through doordash most of the order was incorrect. Whether it was sizes in drinks or bread types on sandwiches or items were just missing entirely. I call the store 5 times and no one answers. The place does not care bout its customers.
