They were completely out of the delicious donuts. All they had left was the basics. In addition, the rewards app was not working and the cashier made no effort to help us redeem our points. In fact, she just told us to pay the full price. We finally ordered online after 15 minutes to get the discounted price. The workers were kind, though.

In town for a couple days and stopped by twice. On the first day, it was like 10:30am. The people were nice, but they were out of so many donuts. Really only had a few choices.

I ordered a frozen mocha coffee. Not real sure what I got.. it was absolutely horrible!!! It tasted nothing like coffee or mocha! It was really sour and bitter. After waiting in line for 20 minutes with only1 car in front of me I was expecting something a little better. I have been going to Dunkin’ every day for a few years now. I will never go back to that one. Definitely not worth the time or money. I advise drive by and find another one.

This place is the only local Dunkin around me and unfortunately its the worst one I’ve ever been too. This morning was an absolutely carnival of a mess inside, with 8 workers running around and switching roles, with none of them knowing what they were doing. The drive through line was around the building and no one who parked could leave the parking lot because of it. I went inside and waited for over 35 minutes for 2 hashbrowns and a frozen coffee. If I didn’t pay for the food upfront, I would have just left. I had to tell them at the counter 4 different times what my order was before the coffee was made. Literally half the people who ordered were coming back in to complain about the food or a messed up order. I had 2nd hand anxiety just being in the building.. Please get these workers some training, organization, and the proper systems to make their jobs easier or just close this place down..

I’m from Georgia I always get Dunkin before I go in to work it’s and today tried this one for the first time and it doesn’t taste right at all I order th rice Carmel latte it only has 1 pump of Carmel swirl in it it normally comes with 3 the customer service was poor u had one of the girls that just walked past me and not even bother taken my order till the other one did she took my order and my friends were right be hind me she immediately made mine didn’t bother taken there order until she was done making my coffee but when she was done she didn’t bother handing it to me she sits it at the other end not even tell me it was there definitely need’s more training in the store and people that care

absolutely horrible service and rude workers who have no clue what they’re doing. coffee is ok and the food is stale and cold, i ordered a crossaint egg bacon and cheese sandwich and they just cut a crossaint and slapped a price of cold cheese and bacon on it

Did not receive my complimentary side item with purchase of drink from the mobile app which is a scam. Also had to educate the black guy handling drinks to not out his greasy fingers all over the lid where I sip my coffee. Won’t be back here for the overpriced coffee or 3rd world service.
