Everytime not one time not every other time but EVERY TIME I go To this location my order is wrong in some way. I ordered the Pumpkin spice signature latte with almond milk. And these idiots put milk AND almond milk. Obviously at this point when I noticed, I could no longer drink this Because I can’t have milk. I’m on my way to drop my son off at school. I stop at the San Jose location. Again, no good customer service anywhere to be found. I bring the receipt in and I have the drink in my hand. ALL I WANTED WAS THE DRINK TO BE MADE THE WAY I ORDERED IT. this guy completely refused and was absolutely rude about it. Good customer service would have offered to fix it. Zero stars for both locations.

Zaria is amazing she needs to be a manager. But the whole rest of the people in the morning needs to be demoted. We asked Zaria and she got our drinks in 2 mins, but also when Zaria asked the other guy for the receipt he had already thrown it away, but we where sitting there for an hour, so all I ask is the people in the morning get FIRED, Because it was not even 1 star service it was more like 0. But Zaria needs to be a manager she is the best person there!! 5 Stars for Zaria!!

***** Awesome Brand Representation****** I ordered from another location via the mobile app on Thanksgiving morning and turns out that location on 103rd Street is closed today and no one was able to help me via the corporate line. I decided to drive a mile away and see if the other location near us had been pushed the order and they fulfilled it. To my surprise Ms Bianca the store manager on duty had not received the order but stopped her crew gathered them together and fulfilled my order on the spot with no questions asked. Not often do you see a great representation of overall decency but customer service and brand representation. This one is at the top of the list for today. Definitely give them your business folks………………………………….So glad this location was there. Very convenient but kind of hidden. It’s right around the corner from my wife’s work so it’s going to be easy to access. Staff was very nice and location was very clean. Very fast service just watch out when you’re exiting because it’s a little tough to get in and out of. Overall five stars. I’ll definitely be visiting there again. Cold coffee fix for sure

I’m an Uber Eats driver, had an order this morning with a flagged warning stating this store frequently forgets to put items in customers bags. I asked to make sure before I left with the order specifically if they put the entire order in the bags. The guy assured me everything was there. I dropped off order and left, while I was driving to another order $$$ I got a call from the customer asking where the rest of his order was. I canceled the order which was a good amount of $ for me to lose to go get the rest of his order. I let them know I was missing out on money and time to rectify their mistake and I felt a free regular coffee for my troubles would be greatly appreciate. They refused.. smh. This store constantly has complaints, and to my understanding several DD stores have been dinged and closed a period of times for sanitation issues in the Jacksonville Florida areas. Get it together DD..

Dunkin promotes ordering on the Mobile App. There is No refund process if they sell you items that are sold out. The Blanding location lacks great service inside and now online. They are consistently out of syrups,large cups and lemonade.
