I was so excited to have a Dunkin store! I have visit many Dunkin, but this new location needs improvement. When you first step into the store you are not greeted and staff doesn’t pay attention or offered assistance; they seems to be lost at time. At the check out they lack of organization and customer service skills. If you want ice cream you go look at the flavors; then you go back in an get in line…waste of time. The handicap parking on front of the store has a Parking Wheel Stop and if you are leaving the store and NOT paying closed attention you could trip over. The check out it is confusing and there is two long metal dividers on front of the counter, I am not sure if the store is using that as a divider but that is very odd to have this two poles on front the register. Also, if you are requesting various donuts let them know you would like them in a box NOT in a bag! The inside seating is small and if you are seating by the window the sun shine right in your face. It would be good if they cover the window with a shades, blinds, sheer drapery to reduce heat and UV rays.

The first time I visited, this location was in June when they just opened. The place was dirty- tables and floors were filthy and half the staff was just standing around doing nothing. I figured it’s new and give it another chance. Went back last week and placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the pick up window, they told me they were out of espresso so they couldn’t make my drink. Then they told me that I needed to call corporate to get the money put back on my app that they could do nothing. No apologies nothing. I drove away and when I opened up my sandwich that too was wrong. So now I had to drive all the way back to get that fixed. I tried it again today I ordered a iced caramel coffee. I drove away, and when I tried it, it was pumpkin. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to.

Worst service EVER! Sat in line for an hour waiting for a coffee, I would have left but had already paid for it, they are giving no receipts since the machine is down so they had no idea what anyone ordered when you do go complain! Went inside to see what was taking so long, they had no idea about my order when they found it apparently it had been ready just sitting on the counter and no one brought it out to the drive!!
