They only had 4 types of donuts. I asked for 1/2 dz, and they didn’t put it in a box. The donuts were put in a bag, and all the frost was all over the bag and the other donuts… It was definitely not a good experience.

I come to Dunkin a lot to get a drink and the mini donut bites in the morning before I go to work. I love their coffee and the food is always great but their service is not so good. The last few times I have come the service was bad. The lady who was on the speaker was just rude. I don’t know if she is a manger or not. I told her I had a mobile order and when I got to the window she asked me my name and then walked off for what seemed like 10 minutes and she still hadn’t came back another employee happen to be over there and asked me what I had ordered and the entire time my order was on the mobile order shelf they have next to the window. She handed me my order and told me she was sorry. Every time I have come in the last few weeks the lady is just rude about everything. I normally don’t complain because I work in the food service but after it happening consistently I get frustrated with it. I’m giving it three stars just because the food and drinks are always right and good but they need to work on their service and how they talk to the customers.

I was in there not to long ago and I don’t know if this lady was the manager or regular employee but she was really rude to this guy who was trying to find his order and had a attitude the entire time like dang I don’t care what her position is at that store but that’s not how you treat a customer…and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this lady catch an attitude with a customer just about everytime I’m in there and she’s there that same lady has an attitude with a customer. I’ve called to report this to someone higher than her but nothing happens shocker. I know losing one customer doesn’t mean anything to dunkin donuts but I’m done with dunkin donuts if they continue to let their employees treat customers with disrespect

Worst Dunkin’ in the history of Dunkin’ Donuts. Slow service. Responded quickly at speaker. Pulled right around to window then waited 7 minutes to see anyone through the window.
