Hello Management! On 08/11/2023, my first time visiting Dunking Donuts, I went thru drive thru window.. As I was looking at the menu, a young girl came on the speaker and the first thing she said was , ” I can’t hear you-you have to speak in the speaker.” I drove slightly past the speaker, not realizing it. Then the young came out the back door and said you have to go back to the speaker so I can hear you and she started back in and I said ” This is my first time coming here and You are just to strong. She said what, what, and I repeated. I said you are too strong. I rolled back to the speaker as no one was behind me. She said, “What do you want?” I ask for strawberry frost Sprinkles. She said we don’t have any. I asked for 2 glazed, and she said I only have one. She said I have 2 chocolate sprinkles. You want that!” I said okay. She replied, pull around. At the window, she didn’t speak, only told me my total and didn’t say thank you! WAY TO GO WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE NEEDS TRAINING in HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE! I was never disrespectful to her. I’m not satisfied with that experience! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUT.

My experience at this location was pleasant overall. EXCEPT once my order was ready it was just basically thrown on the counter, the young lady/dude mumbled out jibberish and walked away. So I wasn’t sure if the order was mine or not. She/He did the exact same thing with the customer before me as well. I’m thinking what if I were deaf or hard of hearing. The time should’ve been taken to be sure the right person is getting the correct order. Now on the flip side, the young lady at the counter who greeted me and took my order was AWESOME! KUDOS TO HER!

Worst location I’ve been to. None of the drinks are consistent. They get worse each time you give them a try. Coffee taste like water or just flavor syrup. Ordered a chia and it was thick! How? This past Saturday I walked in and the young lady looked right in my face and didn’t speak. I stood at the counter 5 minutes and no one spoke. Finally had my order taken and left with a cup of milk after ordering a matcha latte. The guy literally handed me a cup of milk it wasn’t green in the slightest bit. Upside the donuts were great.

The dozen donuts were stale, dry (low to no icing). My top two choices weren’t available, that sucked. Overall this was the worst donuts, from a donut hut, I’ve ever been served. A waste of money spent, and had that out took to get there.

It’s a lack of training, a lack of motivation, and a lack of corporate oversight that is driving the employees and this location into the ground. It’s a shame. Inspire your employees to be proud of the work they do. Create a work environment that prevents employees from running the business into the ground. My drinks were disgusting. Take these complaints seriously. Stop forcing your customers to deal with horrible service and disgusting food and drinks. Where is your pride as a business owner?
