every single time i have gone to this dunkin my order is wrong….. every single time. other locations are always amazing but this one always has bitter old rancid tasting coffee, if you order cold foam they won’t put it on, i shouldn’t have to taste my coffee before pulling off to make sure you’ve made it right when all it is is hitting buttons!!!!!! what my coffee was supposed to look like & what it actually looked like

Ordered a very simple bagel sliced and toasted with cream cheese on the side. Order was repeated back not stating cream cheese on the side. Therefore I specified cream cheese on the side. Cashier states that is how we do it. Well it obviously isn’t the way they do it. Because my bagel was smothered with cream cheese not on the side…by the time I reach my designation bagel was soggy and very cold. The whole reason I order it the way I do. And of course when I called to educate them about their mistake they do not answer the phone. This location. Has really gone down hill. They received a bad health inspection. Score this week, ice cream always looks like it has been melted and refrozen. The staff has no clue of what quality is. Scoops are now half the size they use to be. Waffle cones are soggy…hey I got an idea if you don’t care then just shut down. You don’t answer phones because you know what kind of service you are giving. Waste of my money and time.

Although the cashier was affable, the black coffee tasted a bit stale and was lukewarm. I had asked for creamer on the side and they forgot but she went and gave me a cup with creamer. I did the drive-thru. I ordered a crossiant toasted with butter so I can share with him. He enjoys soft bread. The issue was it had A STRAND OF BLONDE HAIR. I bit into it first before handing a piece to him and was HORRIFIED TO PUT THE HAIR OUT. I’m clearly a brunette. My issue with the food industry is why are they not implementing a hair net. The cap is barely keeping all the hair in. I wanted to return to make them aware of the issue and request a refund but the line was beginning to build up and pressed for time. 10:45am 8/15

The drive through person couldn’t hear the order due to my vehicle’s cooling fans. So I pulled to the window to order. Was told “you’ll have to go back around”. I explained that the person couldn’t hear the order. The worker said, “you’ll have to just speak up”, and refused to take the order. Customer no-service is always the motto at this location.

Stood in here for the better half of 30-45mins, it’s super slow. I stood waiting for my drinks for 20 mins alone (this does not include when I had to wait to pay or for my refund) waited on 2 drinks and after 20 mins I asked when I was going to receive my order and I was told “I’m not sure when they’re going to be made” by an employee. They were making multiple drinks for drive through in that time but didn’t really take care of drive through either. Their last inspection score got an 84. On top of this employees had multiple personal drinks sitting out. Someone’s drive through order was made and sat for 20mins before they ever made it to the window. Also some staff were wearing masks the wrong way and some wore none at all. In the end I waited the better half of an hour and walked out with a refund, don’t waste your time here.

Poor customer service!!! They don’t honor repeated customer. Nasty attitude and laugh at their own stupidity. Go to the local coffee shop off hwy 247 near Saigon Noodle house. Behind Hardees. Awesome drinks and you’ll never go back to DD.

Went to a different Dunkin to get a Caramel Chocolate Cold Brew that wasn’t made correctly. Came into this location & asked if it could be remade. Jay was happy to have it remade & the sweet girl behind the counter was so quick getting me a fresh one made to PERFECTION!! Buying my first home today so I need all the coffee. Thank you so much Jay!

The Dunkin’ Donuts on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins has gotten terrible, the staff is always rude. They don’t listen when you order and then get angry when the order is wrong. We’ve been coming here for years every Sat morning. I think after this last rude experience I won’t come back.
