Overall experience was pretty good .Nice & clean environment with an amazing smell of coffee beans when you walk in the door . I had the pleasure of Aaliyah taking my order and despite me not knowing exactly what I wanted when ordering she was patient and worked with me to decide what I’d like to eat. The cashier also explained different bagel and donuts options that were popular . This location did a good job of having someone kind , open and welcoming to take orders. She truly made my 1st experience at this location great ! 🙂

Went in around 8 am and no one acknowledged that I was standing at the counter to try and place an order. I understood one person was making food, another was doing drive thru orders, but one girl at the front was fiddling with coffee filters but never said a word. Ended up leaving after 5 minutes of standing at the counter and thinking I must be invisible. Another person who walked in with me left and went through the drive thru. Being understaffed is the norm but at least let customers know that you’ll be with them when you can.

I visit this location regularly, and it is almost always a great experience. The staff is delightful and quick and my coffee is hot. I have to drink decaf, and they’re is my favorite. I also like the sheltered patio seating here.

Flat out refused to put cream in my iced latte. I have never been to a place that serves lattes and refuses to add cream upon customers requests. And lets not even talk about how long the drive thru takes, you may as well put your car in park and find some good music and take a nap because you will be there for a while. Going inside is just as bad. Slowest Dunkin ever. I won’t be coming here anymore.

I absolutely LOVE the morning staff at the Byron Dunkin’! I submit online orders four days a week, so I’m considered a regular customer. They have gone out of their way to prepare my order the way I like it. Sometimes they make a mistake, but then so do I. I just continue coming back and greeting them with a smile. Never thought I’d ever say I loved a group of fast food workers, but I would do anything for them if they needed it. Right now, they have my love and respect!

I have been there multiple times in the morning from 6:30 to 6:50 and no matter when you place a mobile order it is never ready on time. For example, I placed an oder at 6:28am and when I arrived at 6:38 it was still not ready. Definitely not a quick place to visit.

Always double check your order at this location. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault but they have not once had the order together. I think the system they use doesn’t combine ordered items. I typically grab a coffee and a sandwich and each time have to ask for my order.

Stopped in around 5pm to get donuts for my children for the morning. Their selection was incredibly limited and I was told by the staff member that even though they were open for a few more hours the would bot make an order for what I needed even if I came back to pick it up. She then proceeded to tell me that if I had called the order in they would make a custom order but then said that they wouldn’t make my order even if I called it in at that point. I understand it’s a new store but I hope that they train the employees on customer service. I will just drive to another location in the future.
