Asked for a shot of sugar-free hazelnut in my cold brew, and they sent out a black coffee with cold foam on top. My husband’s was made perfectly, yet they couldn’t seem to figure out how to put the cream in my drink. Drove all the way to spend my money on good coffee instead of overpriced Starbucks, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location in the near future.

Went to here today at 625 and placed my order went to window to pay cashier tells me that they don’t take Apple Pay. Never heard of an astablishment not taking Apple Pay at a certain time so I feel like they are making up that rule. So went to go in the lady tells me that the first cashier made a mistake. I asked the lady if I could come and pay inside she says no so I said could you take my phone and go pay it she said no I asked then what could I do she told me I had to go back through the drive through. Which made me more upset so I said well when I come through I want corporates number. When I got to the window the cashier took my phone and was like it needs your face which it didn’t it said hold near reader when I told her this she insisted that I was being rude and I really wasn’t. But since she insisted I showed her when I got my order I told her that I was waiting for corporates number the girl then gave me a paper with the number and when I asked for there names the refused to give them to me and on said her name was Michael. The customer service here is very rude as well as unprofessional. Something needs to be done about this. Yes I understand I may have been rude but to have me go through all of this for 2 donuts and I had to be on my way to work was unnecessary.

My husband came through to get my caramel craze latte, made a million dollar joke to the employee on the speaker, she sarcastically laughed, when he got to the window, he was like “you didn’t laugh at my joke”. Her response was “First, I didn’t find it funny. Second, I’m not entitled to laugh at your joke”. That maybe, but as a cashier, at a customer service establishment, you are required to provide great customer service to a customer who is literally putting money into the company, who is putting money into your paycheck, who is paying you to give great customer service. I normally don’t make complaints because prior customers who has given a employee a hard time can flow to the next customer. There are 2 reasons I’m writing this complaint. First, as corny as the million dollar joke and no matter how many times you may hear it a day, there was/is no reason for being rude. Dad’s say it to give you a smile. Second, I did not receive my lattee, I received your competitors coffee instead. My children and I made a Sunday thing to get coffee and food, I found my drink, through those Sunday visits. With the hours and the crazy that happens at my own quick service restaurant, those latte’s made my day. Yes, everyday and sometimes 2x’s a day you had my business. So, you got to Sunday to tell the septer nose ring girl that worked Tuesday early evening to straighten out her attitude. I’m throwing this in here as well, please clean and keep your dumpster area clean.

I just wanted to say that I have frequented many dunkins across the united states and this is by far the best experience i’ve ever had. If i’m being completely honest, some dunkin’s are so unpredictable that i could be getting battery acid for coffee, or i could be getting something scrumdiddilyumptious. This dunkin on peach orchard is consistently amazing, the drinks never disappoint. specifically, cass, the beautiful girl with a septum, recommended i try iced tea with coconut syrup. i was hesitant at first, but something about this woman led me to believe i could trust her. i was right. when i tried this drink it made me orgasm from its deliciousness, and i’ll never be the same again. shout out to cass for suggesting that beautiful drink, and shout out to zeke for making that beautiful drink. my friend got an iced coffee, i tried it, and it was the best coffee i’ve ever gotten from a dunkin. all around it was a 10/10 experience and i will only be ordering iced tea with coconut going forward. seriously if anyone has made it this far, please try an iced tea with two pumps of coconut, it will change your life like it did mine.

Came to redeem my $3 Valentines Half dozen donuts. When trying to order the employees & Manager Matthew had no idea what coupon I was talking about, I know this because at the speaker she told me we would figure it out at the window, when I got to the window I heard them all talking about “they should have let us know about this coupon” While it took only a minute for them to figure it out on their screen, and then scan my app.. I was then handed a half dozen glazed donuts. I let the girl at the window know they’re supposed to be the Valentines Heart Donuts. So she took them back and let Matthew know in which I overheard him say “Well all she said was half a dozen donuts”. 1. That was very Rude Matthew. 2. As a Manager in food service myself I would have had a completely different approach. Why didn’t you come to the window yourself, and take a quick glance at the coupon I had visible on my phone? To give us both a better understanding on what donuts I was supposed to receive. Because I still only received two types of heart donuts, chocolate sprinkles & strawberry sprinkles & ALL 6 were crème filled.. when the advertisement shows some with NO sprinkles and some with Jelly filling … poorly trained staff on your marketing and current promotions. Poorly trained manager on customer service.

I tried to place an order through the drive thru. Two Dunkin’ employees a male and a female decided to play a game of repeat what the other person says. Literally playing in the mic so I drove off without completing the order. They weren’t taking their job half way serious I didn’t trust them with preparing food and drinks. Peach orchard rd location please let’s do better I ended up driving all the way to another Dunkin’ location and the service was great!

The dread of actually going in the store with my child is always a 10 however I will say you had some amazing customer service today and to often employees don’t get to hear the good and positive stuff. Please make sure they know that this customer was very happy they were patient kind and genuine spoke to my son and helped me with my order I have never had such ease in a purchase before please give them all a raise they deserve it especially when they had had such an insane morning the line was out to the light I went in and it was beyond amazing the customer service I received! Thank you Percy, Nicole, MJ, and A’chynisty. Amazing service!
