I stopped in simply to get a cold brew. After ordering, the staff poured from the “Original Blend” tap and I had to ask if that was my cold brew. Staff told me that they had “just ran out of cold brew, so this is a regular iced with an espresso shot, it’s the same thing.” Since I make cold brew at home I knew this was incorrect, but either way I was happy to get my caffeine boost. Nothing wrong with my drink, but I had to mark this place down due to the omitting of info, and possibly lying & deceiving. Next time, inform the customer that you’re out of cold brew and offer the alternative, don’t try to hide it…

I ordered 1 drink and the egg bites. Drink and food were delicious- however I waited over 30 minutes to get the food. Drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Considering how many people were waiting the drink time was not outrageous. Did not have 35 minutes to wait on the food.

Please close that window by the donuts. That’s nasty and whatever is blowing around outside is going to get on your pastries. I’m glad I didn’t get any donuts but they screwed up my coffee. Lavonia Dunkin’ get it together!

Picked up a few donuts for the folks at work. The Cruller tasted like it was from the prior night. It’s become a joke to people. “Don’t go to DD if you want a donut”! They are ALWAYS out of donuts with the exception of the basics. Lavonia Ga is a very small town. Word spreads fast. Would be nice to keep you guys here. But you got to get this fixed.

Love this Dunkin’ in small town Lavonia, GA. Great people and delicious lattes! Donuts are wonderful. My favorite is the apple cider. Great service and this place gets slammed in the weekends. I think they have some great employees who work hard to make everyone happy!
