I come here twice a week like clockwork and they’re always so friendly. I tend to come the day before truck so they’re usually out of a few things, but they’re quick to offer other options that work just as well. Variety is always lovely, and the app works great; they’re very quick with mobile orders. Kudos to morning shift, especially the lady who works the speaker, she’s an absolute peach.

They were the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. The girl with the purple hair was so disrespectful. They got my coffee wrong, I nicely asked them about it and she rolled her eyes at me and yanked it out of my hand. Then they didn’t even make me another one, they HANDED me a little cup of the ingredients to add into it. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. They are the worst dunkin. Do not recommend at ALL. and they make the drinks awful. Every time.

Dined in for breakfast and had a great experience. The barista recommended a drink based on what I usually like and it was so good. The food was hot and was done quickly. The store was super clean and so were the restrooms. Just had an overall pleasant experience that you don’t expect from a “fast food” restaurant.

At this Dunkin’ there is I think one good worker, Michael that makes everything great no problem.. but today there was more than two people and I have got the most disgusting bacon egg and cheese sandwich, the bacon was maple (which should at least say your out of real bacon and I wouldn’t waste money on something I think is disgusting) and the cheese was burnt black… this Dunkin’ needs to be shut down almost always understaffed, out of ingredients then replace it with other ingredients that don’t match and don’t tell you about it.

Updating a year later and they still suck. More than half the time they don’t have the items on the menu (this time no medium sized cups at all or any caramel, other times no donuts) but no indication anywhere until you try to order it. They consistently just throw the donuts into a bag ontop of each other making a massive mess ontop of being incredibly unhygenic. Other locations aren’t this ridiculous.
