It’s was my first time going to this Dunkin and will be the last. They are the worst Dunkin I have ever visited, the staff is very incompetent, worst customer service I have ever had!!! My son was late for school after waiting 10 mins and them coming back to ask me, ‘what did you order again’

In comparison to all of the Dunkin’ Donuts in the sugar hill/ Buford/ suwanee surrounding areas this by far is the best location. Their drinks are always consistently good on time and the people working there are nice and friendly. In the other locations I’ve been to I’ve had horrible experiences but not at this one. As we all know no person or business is perfect and there will always be issues I have always had them remedy any issue quickly and without arguing with me. I drink Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday and am confident in my review to say this is a superior location with great management and a great staff who know how to make coffee.
