The attached pics are the hash browns that I recieved this morning. I’m not sure why they look like someone already tried to eat them and then spit them back out. It makes sense tho because they tasted worse than they looked. It was like they dipped them in cold dirty grease and then put them directly in my bag. I made my order at the indoor counter and when my food was ready the lady literally tossed the bag towards the counter and already had her back to it by the time it landed. Maybe that’s why the hash browns looked that way? The were very busy…but that’s not excuse for nasty food and attitudes. My tomato basil grilled cheese wasn’t terrible..but you gotta eat it quick or it turns into rubber.

Now, I LOVE Dunkin nearly all the time and everywhere, but this location needs to SERIOUSLY get their act together. Clearly, they are trying to discourage walk in orders because for months now, when I go in to order, I wait at the counter far too long only for someone to finally come over and say to me, “Are you paying by cash or credit card?” No, greetings whatsoever, and when I say, “Credit card”, they say, “Sorry, but our credit card machine doesn’t work. You’ll have to order at the kiosk.”

worst dunkin I have ever been to, just go to Starbucks next door and the $8 for the coffee. Went in to get a coffee because I thought it would be faster since there was a line in the drive thru. Took twice as long to get my coffee, saw the whole drive thru line go by and I’m still standing there for mine. Coffee wasn’t even made right and was disgusting. I had to ask the girl to actually fill it to the top bc it wasn’t even filled up. She comes back with different lid. I said can you please fill the coffee up to the top and so she went back and filled it up. you can tell everyone there hates their job and doesn’t want to be there and the coffee was absolutely disgusting. I’ll just go to Starbucks and pay the $8 on a coffee, definitely worth it to avoid experiences like these. Would not go here. Go anywhere else for a coffee or go to a different dunkin, by far the worst one I’ve been to.

I ordered an Iced coffee, black with the sugar free vanilla flavor. Got to the window, no one had actually put the order into the system and was asked what i ordered when i got to the window. Was handed a coffee with the vanilla swirl (sweetened) plus creamer. Told the window attendant that it was supposed to be a sugarfree vanilla. And they redid it, but im pretty sure that they handed me an unsweetened tea with vanilla flavor. Or just a really watered down coffee. What the heck yall? I could have gone to McDonald’s for an unsweetened tea for $1 and instead i get charged for 3.44 for this thing. Didn’t know that it was tea until i got about 20 minutes down the road. Picture is showing the drink held against the light…. does this not look like tea? Absolutely no hint of a coffee flavor in this thing.

Coffee was good it was hot fresh and prepared as ordered. We visited here two different days. The first stop we were short changed. Order was 5.07 gave her 6.00 and she tried to get another 7 cents. When she realized we gave her 6.00 she short changed us 8 cents.

Ordered a lg coffee with cream, sugar and the caramel flavor swirl. I thought the coffee tasted dreadful because they didn’t stir it around some. That was not the case, coffee was horrid. Watered down, burnt taste. Also made incorrectly.

I ordered a caramel iced latte and told them no cinnamon on the whipped cream. They put it on there and I told them I needed it with no cinnamon. They literally took the drink back and scraped off the whipped cream and gave it back so I have cinnamon all in my drink. I cannot have cinnamon as I have a horrible reaction to it so for them to do that irritates me when I just spent a ton of money on this coffee.

This location is new and the store looks very nice the customer service lacks and many levels. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. It took another young man to just start his shift before I was even asked have I been helped yet, when you have five other women working behind the counter. The food quality is poor they just throw whatever together and all the donuts taste frost burned.
