Staff has always been friendly for the most part. However the other day I mobile ordered a sandwich and when I pulled up to the drive thru they told me that they were cleaning their food machine so they couldn’t make any food at the time. They offered me a donut instead. Pretty frustrating because there’s a roughly $3 price difference: I essentially paid $4 for a donut, and I was hoping for some actual food, not a dessert. I understand they have to clean their machines periodically but maybe not in the middle of the day, or they could at least show online that their food isn’t available at the moment.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is the worst about getting my coffee very wrong! I’m a diabetic and always request Splenda instead of sugar. They continue to pay no attention to my requests to be sure to use Splenda instead of sugar. I have no possible way to check ahead of time if it is actually sugar or Splenda and they’ll always tell me they’re sure, but obviously not! My blood sugar is now 4 times what it should be and I’ll be going to the ER. This is absolutely life threatening and should be taken seriously!!! Y’all are going to kill someone!!!

This is the worst experience I ever had at Dunkin. I ordered a breakfast sandwich they failed to toast or even warm up my sandwich. My hash browns were old and dry. Like they gave us the hash browns from yesterday. I’m so disappointed. I should’ve went back and gotten my money back! Horrible!

Had a line of people and one cashier that was super slow while the rest of the crew just stood around chatting and laughing instead of jumping on the other register and then after that wait my drink came out wrong. I only came inside instead of the drive thru to go to the bathroom which has a passcode lock on it so I had to wait in line before I could even go.

The man the took my order at the register was friendly, however, after getting our drinks, my bagel & cream cheese was never put together. After I reminded those behind the corner, they started getting it ready but it just seemed to be a bit chaotic. There are 4 employees and a manager sat with his elbows on the counter facing the dining room on his phone the whole time.

Came in for donuts and coffee, staff didn’t said hi or wait a minute and just stand around not helping me who was waiting at the cashier counter. Left and went to the other one a couple mile away. Bad customer service just go to the other one near by don’t come here very lazy staffs.

i went and got a coffee here and it was made with lots of coffee grinds at the bottom and when i took it back, the lady said it was “supposed to be made that way.” when i asked for another one, the worker was super rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to make another. the second drink was made worse. she showed me the espresso maker and it was disgusting! something definitely needs to be done…
