I was a regular customer… I went everyday 2 to 3 times a day but the Vidalia store lost my business along with a few other employees I work with… since this new team took over since the old team left it has been a disaster… last 2 to 3 weeks the store was not open at 7 when I went when it’s supposed to be open at 5!! They always out of everything… I’ve never had this problem with the old crew was there!! They don’t care about the customers it’s like no big deal to them that store wasn’t open on time or that they never have anything… something needs to be done!!!

I like Dunkin’ coffee a lot, and I stop at a Dunkin’ when I’m in a hurry because they have an app where you can order ahead. Earlier this week, they had my order-ahead ready to go when I got there for maybe the fourth time in a year… So, I hope they are getting better!

They can do so much better the donuts were very dry. The lady at the window did not want to be there. I feel if they don’t step and be consistent they should close down. We wasted $13 the donuts were gross. They also use some type of chocolate cake icing on the chocolate donuts and that ain’t right. They also never get my husband’s coffee order right. It’s often old coffee when they say it’s “fresh”. The donut spot next door is turning out to be way better. Just very disappointed overall.

I visited a few days ago and I guess you could say “it was the straw that broke the camels back”! The glaze on donuts are all but nonexistent, whip creme on frozen coffees are .80 Xtra, Xtra shot of expresso higher than anywhere else. Lines are long and service is atrocious. I’m truly surprised they have lasted this long in Vidalia. Today I visited another new coffee spot and they have won my business from now on…..See Ya Dunkin!

I placed an order earlier this week via doordash and was missing items and my food was all smushed into one bag… I decided to try again today with a mobile pick up order. We waited FOREVER in the parking lot, only to be told they didn’t have what we ordered, but then they did indeed have what we ordered. They finally brought my order and I’m again missing items, however I decided I didn’t care enough and just left with what I got. It’s my child’s birthday and we’re trying to get to the zoo, but at this rate I’ll never make it there. I tried again. You guys failed again. I will stick with Starbucks. They always get it right.
